Misunderstanding, confusion, & knowledge! Ms Harvey was very nice and professional w/ a great attitude, and really worked with me to the end! I drove away from the dealership feeling great Ms Harvey was very nice and professional w/ a great attitude, and really worked with me to the end! I drove away from the dealership feeling great about the transaction of purchasing a leased vehicle. To find out later that the contract was incorrect and must be reissued and completed again. I also received a letter that credit cannot be provided on the terms "you" requested, and therefore your application was rejected. In my dealings over the years with financial institutions nothing like this experience has ever occurred! To receive the letter was very discoursing and left me not really grasping the nature of what was really happening. I spoke with the financial officer who completed the contract, and asked Mike if another contract could be sent to me via mail. Did not hear back from Mike regarding the document being sent by mail. Some time later Hector was to send the documents by next day delivery. The documents never arrived. I was so discourage that I decided to turn the car back over to the dealership. Sent a text to this regard, and got a reply back indicating,"we will get back to you as soon as we can. No more contact(s) from Orlando Hyundai as of Jan. 18, 2019. Therefore, I will drive the car back to Orlando Hyundai and have the cashier write a check for my deposit! More

Great customer service I have been taking my Elantra to Orlando Hyundai for servicing for the past 8 years and each time I have received excellent customer service. My wait I have been taking my Elantra to Orlando Hyundai for servicing for the past 8 years and each time I have received excellent customer service. My wait time is never more than 5 minutes before receiving service and if requested there is usually someone who will drive me to a location within 10 miles and return to pick me up when my car is ready. The MOST AMAZING service department. As soon as I arrived in Orlando for a short weekend vacation, my car died.
