First of all, I'll say that Teddy appeared professional and courteous. However, the farther removed from the day of purchase I get, the more buyer's remorse I feel. I needed to buy a car because my other Veloster was totaled out after a car accident a week ago. It had a manual transmission and I wanted another. After doing some research, I realized that those cars are rapidly becoming extinct. I contacted this dealership because I saw that they had a manual transmission veloster for what I thought was an exceptionally reasonable price. I received a text from Teddy regarding my inquiry. I asked him if the price of $16,814 was realistic of if that was based on a slew of discounts that I probably didn't qualify for. He was vague in response and said he'd "fight to get me discounts". I knew this was a part of the obnoxious car buying game but whatever. I then said, I'm driving 2.5 hrs out of my way to see the car and wanted a list of all fees/costs above that price outside of taxes and titles (as I had my own tag) and he said there were none. I CALLED him and asked for the breakdown and he said the total price wouldn't be much higher than the internet price that their dealership would HONOR. I realize this price seemed low for a 2020 but we also just came out of a pandemic so who knows what kind of deals there were? When we arrived, I took a test drive and noticed that there was a sticker on the door indicating that the car was tinted THAT day. Obviously a way to increase the cost of a car and I didn't ask for it. They knew I was coming to see that car. I would have been happy to tint my own windows. After the test drive, he came back to me with a price of $24k+ ....which is nowhere near the $16k with taxes and title. I get it. It's what salesmen do. We worked out a lesser amount and he made it seem like I was really putting the hurt on him but I walked in there knowing what the msrp was. My last car had all the bells and whistles, leather seats, sun/moonroof, backup cam...I used truecar.com on that purchase and my $24k sticker price was dropped to $19k plus taxes and title. I feel like the car is pretty basic and that I got hosed. I was just frustrated because we drove from south Florida to Central and repeatedly asked for transparency. I researched having hyundai build one and should have just waited. I know the deal is done. Im just kinda disgusted. I have an 822 credit score and put 7k down and feel like I should have been able to get a better interest rate than I did. I will not be referring anyone to this dealership and I'll not buy again from them. This is probably partly my fault because I should have just walked away while I could. More
Dream Come True Although I drove nearly the 200 miles to look at the corvette up close I wasn't planning on Mike Campbell and his Team willing to make this dream a re Although I drove nearly the 200 miles to look at the corvette up close I wasn't planning on Mike Campbell and his Team willing to make this dream a reality all in the same day especially with us not bringing the vehilcle I planned on trading in to help offset the cost of such a beautiful vehicle that I've been waiting decades to own. I was really pleased with the attention I was given and for the way Mike made this seem so effortless in getting a deal made and me behind the wheel of the most beautiful car I've ever owned or driven by the end of the day. Team One even made arrangements to come and oick up our trade in vehicle the following Monday so that we didn't have to make the round trip to do so. My hats off to Team One who exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond the capibilities of my own local Chevy dealer. More

Why to recondition a 5,000 mile 2018 Honda! It probably does need to be conditioned because my sales rep Evamarie Garcia mentioned to me that she's taken it out twice and in the video that she personally shot she's seen revving and bouncing off of the rev limiter at idle on a cold turbocharged engine. Furthermore I was given a sight unseen appraisal for my trade by the manager the day before valued at $12,500 only to be blindsided at $11k the next day. What changed? I waited for hours after I submitted my credit app and notified Eva immediately that i'd be on standby only to be told after I was no longer interested in the car that she never received it? Anyways I asked her to cease contact with me only to receive several petty texts. About as unprofessional as it gets. Whatever helps you sleep at night. Stay far, far away from this dealership. More

You can avoid one. The dealer fees here are insane. Be ready to have about 2 grand tacked onto the price of a car. Part of those fees are supposed to be for vehicle "reconditioning." Salesman Rob Brown told me Greenway insists that no used vehicle leaves with less than 50% use left in parts like brakes, tires, wipers etc. Yet an independent tire dealer measured only 40% use left on the rear tires. And the tire dealer noted possible alignment problems on the front tires. Their 150 point inspection of a used vehicle is a joke. Plus, they list features the car doesn't have online and on the sticker. This affects the value of the car. And means you'll pay more than you should. They could have done the right thing by simply replacing two tires but apparently that would have cut way too deep into their obscene dealer fee profit. The sales manager showed no concern for anything other than his bottom line. They couldn't even get the color of the car right on the bill of sale. There are plenty of other places from where to buy a car. More
