Initially, we weren’t going to trade a vehicle in but we decided it would be a great idea about midway through the process. James switched gears, got us a great price for our trade and made the deal on the Palisade PERFECT for us! We had a budget and he helped us stick to it. In the end, we were not sold a vehicle, we were aided in purchasing our dream car. I wasn’t sold something… I bought something. The difference is the seller having the heart of a teacher to educate you on the options and work to get you what is best for you. We weren’t pushed into unnecessary add-ons or price points. James listened and went to bat for us. Without hesitation, we would recommend James and Greenway Hyundai Orlando! Thanks James! You made this family very happy!! More

Came in to look at cars, picked one but had a different price than the online price. But they honored the online price and save me some money. Friendly staff that helped me buy my first car. One of the managers, Edgar, was also so accommodating and worked with our budget. My husband and I will always recommend family and friends to this location, and especially to James. DISHONEST AND MISLEADING! Beware, I did the online purchase and went in store to finish the paperwork. Was quoted for $349 monthly online and when I arrived they came back with $564 monthly. Instead of adding the online discount they added it back on into the sales price. They even advertise a car online that was actually sold back in December! Super unethical and very sketchy. Shopped at a different Hyundai and everything went smoothly. Got the car I wanted. More
While visiting the area in our 2016 Hyundai Veloster, we encountered some major electronic problems. We contacted multiple local Hyundai dealers, all of them said it would be atleast a week to see us. Unive encountered some major electronic problems. Universal Hyundai essentially ran us off their lot, allowing us to leave with the Engine and other warning lights flashing... Avoid Universal Hyundai!... Thankfully we found Greenway Hyundai! Jujuan was the most helpful service rep I have ever dealt with, and the technicians there are top notch. He made a bad situation better, and communicated with us all the way. Thanks to them, we made it safely home. More
Mike Negron was our salesman. I am not the easiest customer I'll admit. All car salesman are pleasant as well as knowledgeable. Stayed extra late after closing to help connect my phone to the car. The car was sold. He could have just left. When I walk away I want to feel happy with the buy. If I can also feel happy with how I was treated all the better. Not the biggest issue. I'd go with Mike again. More
This is the worst dealership I have ever did business with. I purchased a new car from them back in September of 2020. They tried a bait and switch, I agreed on a price on a car that I test drove, signed all the papers then brought out a different model. Then said I would have to pay more for the car I test drove. Worked that out now, I have been trying for 3 months to get a refund on a mistake they made and I cannot get anyone to help me or call me back. Ken Sidana, never responded to emails, and the accounting department is a mess, every excuse. Nobody knows who I need to talk to, they just pass me to someone else. Customer Service Sucks!!!!! More
