Mike Negron was our salesman. I am not the easiest customer I'll admit. All car salesman are pleasant as well as knowledgeable. Stayed extra late after closing to help connect my phone to the car. The car was sold. He could have just left. When I walk away I want to feel happy with the buy. If I can also feel happy with how I was treated all the better. Not the biggest issue. I'd go with Mike again. More
This is the worst dealership I have ever did business with. I purchased a new car from them back in September of 2020. They tried a bait and switch, I agreed on a price on a car that I test drove, sign with. I purchased a new car from them back in September of 2020. They tried a bait and switch, I agreed on a price on a car that I test drove, signed all the papers then brought out a different model. Then said I would have to pay more for the car I test drove. Worked that out now, I have been trying for 3 months to get a refund on a mistake they made and I cannot get anyone to help me or call me back. Ken Sidana, never responded to emails, and the accounting department is a mess, every excuse. Nobody knows who I need to talk to, they just pass me to someone else. Customer Service Sucks!!!!! More

The vehicle was sold to me with a broken windshield which they had immediately agreed to replace when we noticed. After waiting a few days they sent somebody to replace it but they left the new windshield wi they had immediately agreed to replace when we noticed. After waiting a few days they sent somebody to replace it but they left the new windshield with a scratch. I contacted the glass installer and was told that there is no fixing the scratched windshield. But then he came back two days later to try to buff the scratch out and left without fixing it or giving me any answers. The dealer was no help and informed me that they were only doing me a favor by contacting the glass guy to fix the broken windshield. So now I am stuck with a scratched windshield instead of a broken one. This really could have been a chance to change my mind about the dealership as they did not make the buying process an easy one; they cancelled several appointments to see the car with only few hours notice meaning I had taken off from work multiple times for nothing. I gave them 1 star because there's nothing less than that; this dealership has no redeeming qualities. I will never buy from them again, never recommend them to anyone, and never trust them. More

Lotus Evora I sent multiple emails to get information and try to work a deal to buy this car....I had 3 different salesmen contact me and one to provide an apprai I sent multiple emails to get information and try to work a deal to buy this car....I had 3 different salesmen contact me and one to provide an appraisal for my 2015 Challenger SRT 392.. Not one of these people followed through and not one brought the car to my home for a test drive as Autotrader states I (I live in Hudson Fl) 2 hr drive for me. To say the least this dealership is not interested in selling a car.... Even with Covid 19... horrible experience , I will not be dealing with them again... Not to mention I have Perfect credit and guaranteed money. Today people do not care... More
