I was very hesitant about buying a hyundai because all i knew was toyota, so when i started looking for a new car hyundai was more affordable then toyota and offered more. When i got there i was immediately knew was toyota, so when i started looking for a new car hyundai was more affordable then toyota and offered more. When i got there i was immediately greeted by steven! He was soo nice and patient with me and my dad who kept going back and forth with each other. My dad is a diabetic and he actually took us to get food when the time came. I really fell in love with my Hyundai kona at first sight even tho it wasnt what i wanted. He kept answering my questions and while this car was put of my budget by a lot i know i can still afford it and he and his manager gave me great tips and was willing to negotiate with me to get it to a lower price. When we got to financing they actually lowered my monthly by a bit too and gave me extra time on my warranty. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there with steven! More
PSA!!! If I were you I would stay far away from this dealer if purchasing a used vehicle … I bought a used vehicle and first day I took the car home on the way home the a/c stoped working .. I took the car back the same day for them to say nothing is wrong with the car then I said if y’all don’t fix it I’m returning the car. What the sales representative said to me was welp you signed the contract. Can’t do anything about it me not knowing my laws I had 30 days to return it so I thought I was stuck with it and fixed it out of pocket .. then 3 months in my transmission fails and I could t even get in contact with anyone to give me my Warrenty info that was not given to me . With my contract paper work.. took me a week of calling until I gave up and drove 40 mins to physically go up there to get my information. For then I try to get my car fixed and my car sat at there dealer for a week for them to say I have to tow my car own my own expense to Infiniti to get it fixed after I had to get it towed there.. I literally was out of a car for a month with dealing with this dealer . And I had the car for 3months. The ladies on the phone have no source of customer service when a serious issue is involved and management did Not want or put effort to help or make me feel better. I was bypassed like I didn’t just put 6k down. More
Its the second time i went to this store, prices is way higher then announced on Cars.com. and if you try to buy it in cash they add almost 4k (non negotiable) over the final price. I called in yesterday to find out about a vehicle and was told they were expecting a few by th Extremely rude and unprofessional - EDGAR (Manager). I called in yesterday to find out about a vehicle and was told they were expecting a few by the end of the month. I asked the sales person to get me pricing since I was looking at getting a used one, but based on pricing it might be worth spending a little more to get a new one. I finally got a call back after hearing nothing yesterday and this "Sales Manager" Edgar called and said the vehicle is in, but only if I am willing to pay $5000 ontop of MSRP (plus probably other dealer fee's). I explained that while I am happy the car came in, I am not willing to pay the extra $ 5000 because his competitors are charging $2500 with no dealer fee's added. Some other dealerships are charging more. He spent the next 20-30 minutes or so talking down all the other dealerships who want me to come in and put a downpayment and that they never actually end up delivering the car or they add charges at the end which are dealer installed stuff which the manufacturer doesn't provide, that the dealer actually adds them. I explained that everything he just spoke negative about is exactly what his dealership offered me yesterday when they did not know exactly when they were getting the car in. Now that the car in he's saying it's a standard trick. He said it's true it's standard but he has the car right now if I am willing to pay $5000 over. I explained again that I am willing to match his competitors at $2500 because it is true that the dealerships are all ripping off the customers because of the high demand, but it does not make sense for me to pay $2500 extra to save time for a few weeks. He continued on again telling me that the used ones are selling for 57K and I explained that carmax has multiple used under $49. I also told him that everything I said about his competitor I have in writing if he would like to see to match it. He spoke highly negative again about all the other dealers about the things his sales guy himself said to me yesterday and hung up the call saying I guess it's not for everyone. Keep in mind that this was a normal conversation and he was a complete unprofessional xxxxxxx to say that and hang up. During this conversation, he spoke 95% repeating himself and I only got about 5% in. So, based not even on the fact that they are trying to rip off people by forcing them to pay $5000 ONTOP of whatever fee's they have, or on the fact that they are talking so negative about dealers that are their competitors but still Hyundai dearships - I think it's not worth doing business with them just based on the level of unprofessionalism this guy showed. Imagine if you experienced any issues what type of help you would receive if this is what you receive during the portion in which they GENERATE money. I'll be heading to the other dealerships personally. More
Don’t go here for service!! They will rip you off and will lie to you about what your car needs!! They told me I needed break fluid flush, new rear break pads. So many things wrong with this place! Don’t buy from here!!!!! Nothing but issues since I got my brand new Santa Fe on 8/1. Should’ve known it’d be all downhill when they Put on the paperwork the car here!!!!! Nothing but issues since I got my brand new Santa Fe on 8/1. Should’ve known it’d be all downhill when they Put on the paperwork the car had 24 miles on it, when I got in to drive it off the lot it said 263! Didn’t notice before signing because test drove another car. And by then, they had already submitted to my credit union and didn’t want to mess up the financing. Then when we drove the car home to east side of town noticed the rear seats shaking terrible & the front end had a slight wobble. Brought it back for them to fix a door ding from the lot & their response to the shaking was the tires had possible flat spots & to drive the car for 1500-2k miles to correct itself. I then took it to holler Hyundai because the rear seats shaking are annoying and wanted a second dealer to look & diagnose. Sure enough flat spots in tires. Trying to get ahold of someone to get this resolved and no response regardless of communication method!!! More
On July 25th, 2021, I purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion from your company Greenway Hyundai of Orlando, with the understanding that I was purchasing a certified vehicle with a functioning motor. On the day of purchasing the vehicle, Greenway Hyundai service team was very pleasant, and helpful, and ensured me that all used cars were fully inspected and certified before being sold. On August 3rd, 2021 I decided to take the car to my local Ford dealership (Paradise Ford) for an inspection due to the check engine light coming on. I was informed by Paradise Ford dealership that the car had a blown head gasket and needed to be repaired. I immediately contacted the service manager in which I was instructed to bring the vehicle in to the service department. As of to date, the vehicle has been in their service department possession since 8/4/2021 and the communication has been little to none existing. The past Thirty-three (33) days have been filled with broken promises and lies concerning repair timelines, solutions, and call backs for updates. Since 8/4/2021 my family and I have called Greenway Hyundai over forty times and only received 4 call backs with lies such as the wrong motor being ordered 8/12/2021, the motor came in, but it didn’t fit because someone ordered the wrong motor again 8/19/2021, and the motor was ordered 8/25/2021 and the car will be ready by 9/7/2021 as promised on 8/30/2021. On Friday September 3, 2021 I called and was informed that the motor had not arrived at Greenway. Greenway managers dodge phone calls, give false deadlines, and continuously lie when promising to call back with an update. I personally do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Greenway Hyundai Orlando. More
