This dealership has gone above and beyond for me, especially Josh in the service department. Unfortunately I had one of cars that had faulty primer. I have had areas of my car repainted several times especially Josh in the service department. Unfortunately I had one of cars that had faulty primer. After securing insurance and financing, we asked to review final numbers on car to find that they had added over $2000 on to on out the door price. Last night my sister and I arrived to pay and pick up the car we were buying. To say I was disappointed with the staff’s behavior and lack of training is to put it mildly. A member of the staff actually had car we were buying. To say I was disappointed with the staff’s behavior and lack of training is to put it mildly. A member of the staff actually had the audacity to touch my sister on her injured shoulder. I had to remind him to keep his distance and to keep his hands to himself. Unwelcomed, unwanted, and unsolicited touch is assault in some jurisdictions. The lack of transparency, effective, active communication and lack of basic social skills played a large role in having to walk away after almost an hour of attempting to conduct business with this staff. I was led to believe by the salesman that they would match another dealers deal. However, after much wasted time I was advised that the sales manager would not match the Miami Dealers price. This has to be the worst dealership in Orlando. First they sold me a car when I was under a tremendous amount of stress due to loosing my apartment and truck in hurricane Ian. I asked to return it First they sold me a car when I was under a tremendous amount of stress due to loosing my apartment and truck in hurricane Ian. I asked to return it the next day and they said no. Then I took it in for service because I have been having issues since I bought it and they will not replace the tail light harness that has several cuts in it. I am just very disappointed I am being treated like this since I am a repeat customer. I had 4 relatives ready to come here and buy a Car and I told them to go somewhere else. All I want is for them to make this right. More
