Miguel and management have been awesome to work with. I found a car located at a different dealer that was the exact color and model I was looking for, they worked for 3 days straight to get it for me a I found a car located at a different dealer that was the exact color and model I was looking for, they worked for 3 days straight to get it for me and took care of me on the sale price and also my trade in. This is the second car I've purchased from Greenway Genesis and they definitely take care of you. I bought a 2023 Hyundai Sonata on February 2023, and was told the I would have a 2 month grace period before my first payment this was a lie! I had to make my Frist payment Mach 20, 2023. I purchased a bumper to bumper service contract for my can an was told it was for 7 years or 100000 mile, when I asked for the contract they kept avoiding me, I finally got the contract and it was for 7years 75009 miles? Son after buy this case I did a thural inspection and found a scratch on my driver door and they refuse to fix it, as well as the mobile charging station does not work with my IPhone 13 when it in my 2019 Sonata it did. I got a lawyer and sent them a demand letter and they just ignored it. these people are dishonest do not do business with them! More
