If you can deal with the pressure and the way they treat their customers long enough you can get a fair price here. In the end they offered me a price that was better then the other dealers, but I decide their customers long enough you can get a fair price here. In the end they offered me a price that was better then the other dealers, but I decided to buy elsewhere. In the end I paid almost as good a price (within a hundred dollars) but was treated far better and will likely give the other dealer first chance to earn my business next time around as well. Still, not a bad place if you really like to negotiate all day, they'll give a good deal but it's not for me. More
I was quoted a great price online that beat the others. I should have listened to the online sites and other dealers saying they all pay the same price for the car. the price they quoted had rebates include should have listened to the online sites and other dealers saying they all pay the same price for the car. the price they quoted had rebates included that i dont hardly anyone could qualify for, huge hidden fees and high pressure.. they also wont take me off their email list even tho i have asked them to. My experience with Orlando Hyundai was superior to any car-buying experience that I have had in the past. I went to the dealership knowing that I wanted a Hyundai Sonata. Salesman, Eric Knerr, took th car-buying experience that I have had in the past. I went to the dealership knowing that I wanted a Hyundai Sonata. Salesman, Eric Knerr, took the time to thoroughly show me three Sonatas with different trim levels (a GLS, SE and Limited) so that I could make an informed decision. Eric listened while I explained the features that were important to me and showed me vehicles that had those features. Eric is knowledgeable about the vehicles and it shows. He answered my numerous questions, which helped me to pick the vehicle that was right for me. I decided on a 2008 Sonata Limited. Once I was set on the right vehicle it was time to discuss numbers. It is refreshing that the dealership is upfront on all costs involved in the deal. Eric worked as a liaison between the desk manager and myself in order to negotiate the best deal for me. In addition, the dealership was more than fair with the amount that they gave me for my trade. The end of the deal was just as enjoyable as the beginning. Dan in the Finance Department did not use any pressure tactics and he even negotiated a lower interest rate on my behalf. If you are interested in purchasing a new or used car, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you contact Eric at Orlando Hyundai. Because of my experience, I feel confident in recommending Eric and this dealership to anyone that is in the market for a vehicle. More

She was knowledgeable and showed us a car that we fell in love with. She then worked out a deal. We had originally told her that we could afford a monthly payment of $400. We were then introduced to another person who stated that the car would cost us $489 a month. Trading in my 2003 Elantra and a payment of that much was nuts so we got up to leave. The gentleman than came back and agreed on the $400 payment. ( What a bunch of crap). Realizing that my credit history was not the best I was hesitant in taking the new vehicle home but Tiffany persuaded us to saying that they don't make broken promises and that financing was no problem so we agreed to take the vehicle home. We then met with the finance Manager, Daniel Witt, We signed all the necessary papers and he informed us he would have a decision on Monday or Tuesday ( Nov 5, 6). November 5 and 6 we heard nothing except that the bank must have been busy and they had not heard anything about the financing. November 7-12 called Daniel Witt four times with no return phone call back. November 13- My wife called Tiffany and she informed us that financing had been secured and that we had to come back to resign papers. She stated that there was a change in the financing but that our payment hadn't changed. ( My wife and I were both thrilled. The Nightmare was OVER). November 15- My wife and I arrived at the dealer to resign the papers. Neither Tiffany nor Daniel were there so we were given another finance manager who informed us the financing had NOT been secured. He did not know why Tiffany told us to come in to resign the papers. My wife and I were furious. November 16- Tiffany arrived at our home to take back the 2008 Elantra. I asked her why she lied to us and she stated that she was told by Daniel Witt that everything was OK. I would never recommend this dealer for only 1 reason. They are liars. Don't believe anything they say. Al from Winter Garden More
