The managers do not return my calls or emails thus forcing me to file a BBB complaint and a consumer affairs complaint through Hyundai Corporate. Spare yourself the strife and go somewhere else. This is the first dealership I've had my car serviced at frequently where I am not questioning if I got "ripped off". I have never felt Allyn or Eric recommended unnecessary repairs. They have honor guarantees and warranties that I did not even know I was entitled to. My car has about 95,000 miles on it and it drives smoother than a lot of new cars.
