Worst car buying experience! Please if you value your money, your time or your safety do not buy a car from this dealership. I was sold a defective vehicle from the dealership. The car has been at the service department for repairs longer than I have been in possession of the vehicle and the they still cannot figure out what is wrong. The managers do not return my calls or emails thus forcing me to file a BBB complaint and a consumer affairs complaint through Hyundai Corporate. Spare yourself the strife and go somewhere else. These people don't deserve your money. More
This dealership is useless! If you happen to buy a car from them that works you may get a good experience, if there is anything wrong with the car they will lie to you and tell you there is no problem. Then when you take their word and trust in them there is no care in the world when something goes wrong and then they just ignore all your calls and keep the car for days on end not do any work on it tell you its all fixed then you get it back still broken!! Why why why!! Even the General Manager promised this would be fixed, have I heard from him?? More

Cliff was friendly, very patient and he was very detailed in his explanation of the vehicle's features The only issue I had was the two separate sticker prices on the car. This is the first deal taken great car of my 2004 Hyundai XG350L at Orlando Hyundai. I have dealt with many auto service departments over the years. This is the first dealership I've had my car serviced at frequently where I am not questioning if I got "ripped off". I have never felt Allyn or Eric recommended unnecessary repairs. They have honor guarantees and warranties that I did not even know I was entitled to. My car has about 95,000 miles on it and it drives smoother than a lot of new cars. I have spent thousands of dollars less on maintaining my Hyundai than I have for any other car I have owned in the past 30 years. "Thank you Allyn and Eric for the great service!" Trish B. More

I brought our 2008 Elantra in for service to replace a noisy water pump. Allyn also advised me that it had a recall issue and that would be addressed as well. Allyn and the staff go out of their way to make you feel like part of their family. That's why we've been doing business with Orlando Hyundai since 2004. I would like to address my recent experience with Orlando Hyundai. Purchased car on March 3rd, 2011. Purchase price was fine,while my experience with Cliff was a little off. I live 40 miles away and told Cli Hyundai. Purchased car on March 3rd, 2011. Purchase price was fine,while my experience with Cliff was a little off. I live 40 miles away and told Cliff the time I would arrive. Arrive at dealership and Cliff isn't there. Cliff shows up about 10-15 minutes later while I'm looking at vehicle to be purchased and proceeds to take me to blue model. I don't feel he was paying attention. Take test drive and Cliff does'nt explain anything on vehicle other than the paddle shifters work whether the car is in auto or man. Not up on product he is selling. Spoke to Cliff about only 1 key and 1 remote. Told I could have key made and he would try to find an old remote and reprogram it to vehicle. Went to dealership for tires and told Cliff key was dealer key. Cliff was confused and did'nt understand how that could be. Tried to program remote that he had,did'nt work. Told Cliff on March 29th that I needed key and remote and would pay cost. He said he would have to get with parts. Never said he would get items for cost,though. Called Summer in registration about tag expiring on 4-1-2011. Assured I would have new tag before expiration. Did'nt happen. Called dealership on saturday,4-2 to complain that now my car was illegal to drive. Told tag was overnighted and would arrive on that day. Did'nt happen. Called parts on same saturday to see if Cliff followed through. Nope. That did'nt happen either, although they could get it for me retail. Also,have called numerous times and not once have I been called back. More
I have to admit that if someone had told me that I'd drive clear across Orlando (Approximately 15 miles) to buy a new car, I wouldn't have believed them. Naturally I visited a few other dealerships, but either they did not have the car I wanted or they were not too friendly. Fortunately, for me, Orlando Hyundai seemed to fit the bill. Upon my arrival, I met an excellent salesman by the name of Cliff Wilson. He is without a doubt the most friendly and courteous salesman that I have ever met at a car dealership. In fact, we brought my new car home (approximate 15 miles) just to make sure that it would fit in my garage before I purchased it. My many thanks to Cliff and Orlando Hyundai for having a perfect car for me and also a very good price on my Sonata. I would highly recommend Orlando Hyundai and Cliff Wilson to anyone that is interested in a new car. Thanks again More
