Chuck McIntosh is the service manager at Orlando Hyundai. I have been taking my cars there since 2002. He is easy to access; never too busy to answer my questions. He has helped me numerous times before. I have been taking my cars there since 2002. He is easy to access; never too busy to answer my questions. He has helped me numerous times before. This time I needed his help on a repair that was covered under the great 10-year, 100,000-mile power train warranty, two months before my car was going to be 10 years old. It involved several hundred dollars. But, because of his assistance in obtaining the proper authorization needed to approve this type of repair, (which was a matter that was never encountered by him before), the repair was approved as covered under the power train warranty. This is one of the many reasons I buy Hyundai cars from, and use the service department of, Orlando Hyundai and its extraordinary service department under the supervision of its terrific service manager, Chuck McIntosh. More

Sales was perfect!!! Everybody was so noce except for the lady at the end in financing. It is my choice if I wanted the gap coverage. If that makes her upset that is not my problem and she did not have to sh lady at the end in financing. It is my choice if I wanted the gap coverage. She left a bad taste in my mouth after the first good car sales experience I've ever had. It was dissapoiting. Everything else was great and I would definately buy my next car from there... as long as I didn't have to deal with the same woman at the end. Omar PS- I gave you all 5's but if I would have been asked the specific question abvout the finance manager I would have rated her a 1. More

Mr. St. Hilaire, our salesman, was professional, knew the auto we purchased well, explained the operation and details of the auto perfectly and simply. He also handled our paperwork and processed our purchase with excellent attention to detail, explaining exactly what we needed throughout the purchase process. He simply made the purchase of our vehicle easy. Now, the Finance dept., Mr. Jose Rivera, was just as thorough and explained the numbers perfectly and accurately, with the same attention to detail as the salesman. I will recommend Universal Hyundai to my family and friends in a heartbeat. This is the second auto we purchased from this dealer and will be back in the future for our next vehicle. More
I rated my experience solely on my interaction with Jason. I found him to very helpful and knowledgeable. He was friendly and seemed genuinely concerned that we found the right vehicle. I didn't really enjoy my experience with the finance person, spoke to fast and only semed interested to getting the paper work done. There was a small paint chip on the vehicle when we bought the vehicle which you agreed to repair. We called the Body Shop yesterday, we were put on hold for ever and then had to leave a message, in fact we left 2 messages and never got a call back. Fortunitly we were able to reach Jason, he called us back on his day off, and said he would give us a call this afternoon so we can get an appointment to have the chip fixed. More
Roberto was very helpful and understanding and I really feel like I got a fair and reasonable price on my car. I am enjoying my Elantra - especially the great gas mileage. Only complaint is that I was contacted via text after the sale because more information was needed for the bank loan and text is definitely not a preferred method of contact when you are asking for specific personal information.
