We had our previous survey rejected and request to fill out another one. 1. Jason, was very wonderful, Billy and Tony and the other gentleman that sat at the front desk did not get his name, was truly out another one. 1. Jason, was very wonderful, Billy and Tony and the other gentleman that sat at the front desk did not get his name, was truly a wonderful Dad and very proud of his daughter as we are, of ours. They were all wonderful. Score 110%!!!!!!! 2. Jason busted his butt to do and excellent job. He went the extra mile for both my husband and me. 3. Jason even brought the car to our home to pick up our trade in and was very supportive. 4. Jason turned us over to a lady in Finance, which seemed angry and hostile. She made a comment that I personally would not say to neither a customer nor anyone else. They happened at our first signing. a. She ask for references, I went to get them for her and was then told to get out of her office. She did not want to hear the conversation. On resigning: b. She commented after resigning Danielle’s deal. “Thank God I don't have to see you again and then ...sorry she is your mom." Really hurt. It was totally uncalled for, unprofessional. Where was her common sense? She not only hurt me hearing that comment. She hurt my daughter. She made my daughter late for work, knowing full well that Danielle had to be back to work by 6PM. We arrived about 15 minutes before 4 and left around 6:30. She told Jason it would only take 10 minutes it took over two and half hours. c. It seemed in my opinion Janice was out to ruin Jason's sales...I just do not know what her issue was but it was so very sad. I felt pity for her. 5. Please keep in mind. Just because a person is handicapped, does not mean they do not have feelings, or are uneducated. I have not always been handicapped and I hear quite well. Other senses have a tendency to make up for lost in other locations of our bodies. Thank your time. Thank You Jason for being the person you are and for all the help you gave us. It was a pleasure to work with you on the cars. Jason you are a sweetheart stay that way and I will be sending people to you. More
We were in the market to buy a new Hyundai Elantra and we had visited many dealerships. A couple of them were willing to give us a good deal including Universal Nissan but we had remembered Tito from a while had visited many dealerships. A couple of them were willing to give us a good deal including Universal Nissan but we had remembered Tito from a while before and decided to give him a visit again to see what he could do for us. Tito made a huge difference and made the impossible possible. I thought because of my age and lack of credit it wouldn't be possible for me to get a brand new car and after checking the competition I knew the Elantra was the best car for its price and the one I wanted. In the end, his attitude, friendliness, and of course...his amazing bottom-line deal he gave us made the difference and made it happen. Because of this I finally have the car I've been wanted for months now and for many years to come. If anyone I know wants to buy a Hyundai I know exactly where to send them! More

Amazing and best car buying experience ever! Everyone was friendly and Cliff made me feel at home and comfortable in every step of this car purchase process. I've had some bad experiences with other dealersh friendly and Cliff made me feel at home and comfortable in every step of this car purchase process. I wasn't planning to buy on Saturday, just looking and comparing 3 different vehicles. Your staff was very accommodating to me and got me where I needed to be for the monthly payment. I didn't know anything about Orlando Hyundai before walking in the first time a couple weeks ago. I was greeted by my sales person Juan Sauri within 30 seconds of getting out of my car. He was very happy to show me vehicles that I was interested in and also took me on a test drive. At first the dealership did not have the exact vehicle with options and color I wanted to Juan took down my information and called me a week or so later when a vehicle arrived matching my list. I test drove the vehicle again and Juan gave me a full and detailed tour of the car which helped me out a lot. On my third and final trip to the dealership I decided to work through the numbers with Juan and his sales manager. After a couple trips bak and forth we were able to settle on a deal that was satisfactory for each side. Throughout the entire process I necer felt pressured in any way. I've bought a lot of new cars and this is definitly in my top 2 best buying experiences. I will be sending more of my friends to Juan for sure. More

I called all the Hyundai dealerships in the area- When I shared my budget and desires in a new car, Jason was was the only one who said yes, I can get you an out the door price for $21-22K- on a new Elantra shared my budget and desires in a new car, Jason was was the only one who said yes, I can get you an out the door price for $21-22K- on a new Elantra- no high pressure, had the car waiting for me- shared the highlights of what a great car it is and shared with my teenage son all the detail- wonderful sales person to work with - he made it quick and easy to make happen.
