I didn't know anything about Orlando Hyundai before walking in the first time a couple weeks ago. I was greeted by my sales person Juan Sauri within 30 seconds of getting out of my car. He was very happy to show me vehicles that I was interested in and also took me on a test drive. At first the dealership did not have the exact vehicle with options and color I wanted to Juan took down my information and called me a week or so later when a vehicle arrived matching my list. I test drove the vehicle again and Juan gave me a full and detailed tour of the car which helped me out a lot. On my third and final trip to the dealership I decided to work through the numbers with Juan and his sales manager. After a couple trips bak and forth we were able to settle on a deal that was satisfactory for each side. Throughout the entire process I necer felt pressured in any way. I've bought a lot of new cars and this is definitly in my top 2 best buying experiences. I will be sending more of my friends to Juan for sure. More

I abosolutely love my vehicle, and it was a pleasure working with salesmen Mike and Rory! The only downside of this experience is that once I purchased my 2012 Hyundai and we began setting up all of working with salesmen Mike and Rory! The only downside of this experience is that once I purchased my 2012 Hyundai and we began setting up all of the features, I discovered that my T-Mobile MyTouch phone (purchased February 2011) does not seem to work with my Bluelink system. You can imagine how frustrating this is, especially since I have already paid for the program. (And, because the Bluelink system apparently works with phones from back in 2006! Frustrating!). I am hoping that Hyudai can solve this for me, immediately. If friends and family are in the market for a new car, I will gladly recommend the friendly sales team at Hyudai, although at this time, I cannot support the Bluelink system.
