From my 1st time meeting kevin, he came off as someone genuinely trying to provide me with the info i needed...not pushy,not the bag of tricks, not just trying to make a sale but very patient which was re genuinely trying to provide me with the info i needed...not pushy,not the bag of tricks, not just trying to make a sale but very patient which was really a breath of fresh air! As soon as we pulled in to the lot, Jorge was there to greet us. We were up front the first day letting him know that we were not there to purchase a car, but only there to look at our options. Whereas a majority of sales reps would have pushed us into buying or left us to look around on our own, Jorge showed us around the lot and answered all of our questions very patiently. He was not pushy, but understood that we were just beginning to shop around. We visited a few other lots after Orlando Hyundai. Ultimately, the friendliness and honesty of all the staff at Orlando Hyundai brought us back to make our purchase. More
We had our previous survey rejected and request to fill out another one. 1. Jason, was very wonderful, Billy and Tony and the other gentleman that sat at the front desk did not get his name, was truly out another one. 1. They were all wonderful. Score 110%!!!!!!! 2. Jason busted his butt to do and excellent job. He went the extra mile for both my husband and me. 3. Jason even brought the car to our home to pick up our trade in and was very supportive. 4. Jason turned us over to a lady in Finance, which seemed angry and hostile. She made a comment that I personally would not say to neither a customer nor anyone else. They happened at our first signing. a. She ask for references, I went to get them for her and was then told to get out of her office. She did not want to hear the conversation. On resigning: b. She commented after resigning Danielle’s deal. “Thank God I don't have to see you again and then ...sorry she is your mom." Really hurt. It was totally uncalled for, unprofessional. Where was her common sense? She not only hurt me hearing that comment. She hurt my daughter. She made my daughter late for work, knowing full well that Danielle had to be back to work by 6PM. We arrived about 15 minutes before 4 and left around 6:30. She told Jason it would only take 10 minutes it took over two and half hours. c. It seemed in my opinion Janice was out to ruin Jason's sales...I just do not know what her issue was but it was so very sad. I felt pity for her. 5. Please keep in mind. Just because a person is handicapped, does not mean they do not have feelings, or are uneducated. I have not always been handicapped and I hear quite well. Other senses have a tendency to make up for lost in other locations of our bodies. Thank your time. Thank You Jason for being the person you are and for all the help you gave us. It was a pleasure to work with you on the cars. Jason you are a sweetheart stay that way and I will be sending people to you. More
We were in the market to buy a new Hyundai Elantra and we had visited many dealerships. A couple of them were willing to give us a good deal including Universal Nissan but we had remembered Tito from a while had visited many dealerships. A couple of them were willing to give us a good deal including Universal Nissan but we had remembered Tito from a while before and decided to give him a visit again to see what he could do for us. Tito made a huge difference and made the impossible possible. I thought because of my age and lack of credit it wouldn't be possible for me to get a brand new car and after checking the competition I knew the Elantra was the best car for its price and the one I wanted. In the end, his attitude, friendliness, and of course...his amazing bottom-line deal he gave us made the difference and made it happen. Because of this I finally have the car I've been wanted for months now and for many years to come. If anyone I know wants to buy a Hyundai I know exactly where to send them! More
