Worst experience we ever had in buying a vehicle. Would never buy from this dealership ever again and would not recommend this dealership to family or friends! The people in the finance dept need to get on never buy from this dealership ever again and would not recommend this dealership to family or friends! The people in the finance dept need to get on the same page. Talk about rude!!! We did our end of the financing with our institution and the dealership finance people dropped the ball and made this experience a living xxxx for us. Something that should have gone smooth, it did not. Their customer service is horrible and need to learn to communicated to each other and return messages especially when they state they need to close deal by end of month and they don't do their part in making this happen until last xxxx minute and wondering where their xxxx check is. If they would have returned their messages and communicated with each other we would never had had a problem. Their customer sevice really sucked and if the don't like returning messages and going that extra mile for the customer then they are in the wrong job!!!! More

On 10/21, we purchased a 2012 Sonata from Jason Nuss at Orlando Hyundai. I wanted to personally take the time to write to the corporate office to share my experience. Mr. Nuss was professional, knowl Orlando Hyundai. I wanted to personally take the time to write to the corporate office to share my experience. Mr. Nuss was professional, knowledgeable, resourceful and energetic. He’s a great asset to the local dealer as well as the brand in general. In a day when most comments from customers can be negative, I wanted to take the time to share my thanks for his attention to detail, his genuine attitude and the level of customer service that I received. Much appreciated—and it only confirms why after three years of owning a Nissan, I am back with the Hyundai brand. More

Jason was one of the most sincere, patient, and genuine car salesmen I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He never once tried to pressure us into a purchase and seemed sincerely interested in car salesmen I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He never once tried to pressure us into a purchase and seemed sincerely interested in figuring out the best solution to our vehicle needs. The last time we made a vehicle purchase (a Toyota Prius), the car salesmen were very pushy and aggressive to the point of almost being annoying. But Jason spent a couple days with me over the phone to figure out our wants and needs and was obviously keeping our best interest at the forefront of everything. It was truly a pleasure buying from him. More
I am a repeat customer to the Hyundai Dealership on Colonial. Jason Nuss was the ultimate example of what a Salesperson should be. He listened and he was attentive without the "usual" Car Salesman pr Colonial. Jason Nuss was the ultimate example of what a Salesperson should be. He listened and he was attentive without the "usual" Car Salesman pressure. I will definately refer Jason to my friends and colleages. Unfortunately, our experience with Jorge Rivera was the complete opposite. Jason left the office while we spoke with Mr. Rivera. After dealing with Mr. Rivera we planned to walk! If not for Mr. Nuss, we would not have left with our Hyundai Santa Fe Limmitted 2011. More
Honest, respectful salesman. Knew the product he was selling. Answered all our questions easily. Tito was not "pushy" or a stereotypical over-gratuitous salesman with a fake smile. I am writing this email as I wait for the car that I purchased to be as it was promised before I arrived on the day of purchase. My sales person was Warren. I have also learned that he is no longe purchased to be as it was promised before I arrived on the day of purchase. My sales person was Warren. I have also learned that he is no longer with the dealership. He was friendly for the most part. I did have several regrets throughout this purchase. I wish I did not give permission to warren to use my personal cell phone number to text me. Initially I was told that he would use the number to text me when the car I was interested in arrived (the next day). The next day I received a text message from Warren that the car had arrived and asking if I was still going to come in. He wasn't rude or anything through the texts it was just more of an annoyance because I was at work. Maybe it was fault for not stopping him or asking him to stop but maybe it should be protocol to do business via email or phone calls. One thing that I thought I did to make things easier for the dealership was come that I came in with the financing all set. I had a great rate and my financial institution takes really good care of me so I declined to use Hyundai's financing. With this being said, after I provided Warren with the bank papers to fax the PO and call for confirmation, Warren proceed to ask the bank representative what interest rate I was being given to try to go lower. I clearly expressed my preference to use my institution and I expected to have it left at that. Luckily my bank contact refused to provide that information to Warren. On the day of purchase while at the bank I saw the purchase order for the first time and to my surprise there were a lot of charges that I was not clearly made aware of. The PO did have the same out-the-door price I was given but a lot of the fees were not clearly disclosed. I asked the bank for a copy of the PO and brought that to the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership my father (who drove 3 hours with a trade in)and Warren were waiting for me. After we sat down Warren stepped away to get the paperwork and my father and discussed the PO and he agreed that purchase order breakdown should have been given to me. This was my first new car purchase so I ignorantly did not know to ask. When I asked Warren about the charges his demeanor quickly changed from pleasant to defensive. There were so many bad customer service practices that occurred from this point on. The manager Kyle was called. He was very rude. My dad is a loud man and did not help to deescalate the situation but my dad was also not the one trying to sell the car. To summarize what was said when the price was disputed: Kyle: "The good news for you is that no one is making you buy the car." "You don't have to buy the car" and the best "My boss doesn't only want to make $500 dollars in profit." I was informed that the dealership had a policy they had to sell extra accessories with the cars (mudflaps, pinstripes,ect...) What I wasn't told was that I the car would not be sold with these extras that I HAD to buy. Warren neglected to tell me that these parts were not installed on the vehicle or even at the dealership. I had to wait 3 weeks before I got the phone call saying that they had arrived. This was a big deal. The trip to the dealership is not an easy drive from where I live and the car still uses gas to get there. So in addition to having the full facts about the condition of the car on the day I picked it up, I now needed to pay more money out of my pocket to drive back and forth to the dealership. Aside from that, Warren saw one of the detailing guys and asked him about the pinstriped for the car to which the gentleman stated that the car didn't get pinstripes. Warren said something along the lines of "can't we put them on anyway?" and the detailing guy said "that would look bad". So not only was I getting charged for something that the car wasn't intended to have, I was going to have something added to the car that would make it look bad. After lots of back and forth between Warren, Kyle, my father and myself, Kyle very reluctantly agreed take off $500 in exchange for not having the pinstripes installed. Kyle was a very poor example of service leadership and Warren was a stereotypical car salesman. If you would like the full details of the the sales experience I would be more than happy to talk to you about it, even with Mr. Kyle. After we settled on the price, we were rushed into a the office of the lady who did the paperwork processing and handled the transfer of the title for the trade-in car. She was extremely rude and the whole process was rushed. I assume this is because it was close to 8pm by this point (although the dealership was open until 9pm). She was extremely informal with her body language and with the tone of her voice. I felt like I was on a game show where we were trying to see how quickly we could get the paperwork done. Several good things did happen. The manager I was involved on the previous days before Kyle was very kind. He did offer to fill up the gas tank for my father for the drive home as a thanks for driving the trade-in vehicle up. The gentleman who helped set up my Bluelink in Warren's absence was helpful in our brief interaction. The young lady who took the payments for the vehicle was very nice in our short interaction. Everyone that I have spoken to in the parts and service department was very helpful. I did not have a pleasant experience. I will say that I do accept a some responsibility for what happened but I am holding the dealership responsible for most of it. Whether I am correct or not, perception is reality and my perception was not a pleasant one.I want it to be very clear that the only reason I purchased the vehicle was because I wanted the car and not because of the dealership. As of now, I will not recommend Orlando Hyundai to anyone I know. As I previously stated, I would be more than happy to speak to whomever this evaluation concerns. I am a firm believer that bad experiences help to make good experiences in the future. Thank you for your time, Joe More
I had a very smooth, hassle-free purchase experience with Jorge Cavero. I really only came in for an oil change, but ended up driving away in a brand-new car that had more features than my previous car, and Jorge Cavero. I really only came in for an oil change, but ended up driving away in a brand-new car that had more features than my previous car, and gets better gas mileage! In addition, I got a lower monthly payment, a lower interest rate on my loan, a better extended warranty AND gap insurance on the new car! Why WOULDN'T I trade my old car, even though it was only 15 months old! More
