Before walking into the Hyundai dealership I made the mistake of going into Toyota of Orlando. Those people were the greasiest xxxx bags I have ever met. Completely inept and dishonest. After leaving there I was so lucky to have come into Hyundai of Orlando! Robert was so great in helping us pick out a car. He was quick in helping us find what we were looking for but never pushy. He and Kyle then did a great job at helping me (a first time buyer) get financing for the car. Dwayne in finance then did an amazing job of quickly (but clearly and thoroughly) explaining how the payment for the car would work. I was thrilled when I learned that I would be able to pay for GAP insurance with Hyundai's first time buyer program. If all of that wasn't enough the great people at Hyundai then ran my numbers with different banks once the next work week started, found me a better deal, overnighted me the paper work, and in the end saved me 4,000! I couldn't have been any happier with my experience with Hyundai of Orlando. The people are all so nice, honest, efficient, and caring. The cars are so sharp, run great, and are full of great features. And the warranty I got with it was the best I had seen. My mom (who was with me that day) plans on purchasing her next car through Hyundai of Orlando. More

I had a really good experience with Orlando Hyundai. They listened to my concerns and addressed my needs in a vehicle. My very first experience was not good. Another sales associate blew me off and pretty mu listened to my concerns and addressed my needs in a vehicle. My very first experience was not good. Another sales associate blew me off and pretty much dismissed me without letting me test drive the vehicle days earlier. He said that the dealership was having tag issues and would not have any available till the following week. So, my over 20 mile drive in to testdrive the car was a complete waste of time. It wasnt until my husband went up the following week and talked to Frank that the situation got turned around. Thank you for great customer service and making what was a very dissatisfying situation a good experience. Also, the following day I had to bring my car in so that the service dept could install my new mirror and the service was quick and each of the people that I dealt with were very courteous and professional. They went above and beyond what I would have expected from a service dept. The one drawback to the whole experience was having to sit in there in the couches which look nice but are horribly uncomfortable to sit in for an hour. More

My husband and I drove up from Miami to buy an Elantra. After waiting 15 minutes, jason showed up, asked us if we had a pen, and instructed us to write down the VIN numbers of the cars that we liked. I asked him if our appointment meant anything. He called someone to assist us who turned out to be uninformed. And those dozens of Elantras that he had....non-exsistent. To sum it up, after numerous e-mails and an appointed time to meet, the sales staff at this dealership has no value for their clients. More

Jason and Billy were extremely helpful although we were not originally happy with the first few offers we had received that continued to approach better deals in a professional and friendly manner. The vehicle that I wanted was not available in any color that I would have liked in Orlando, they worked diligently on finding me one in a near by location and got it here in a timely manner. They both are extremely appreciated. However there was one downside to the entire experience that did leave a sour taste in my mouth. When it came down to signing contracts, which was out of Jason and Billy's departments the gentleman whose name I cannot remember was extremely rude, dry, and tried back handed techniques that any business should be ashamed of. I am 24 years old and I believe that he thought he could use that to his advantage on me, despite the fact that my area of expertise is business and contracts. Although I had a signed offer sheet by Jason and myself, he decided to print up an empty contract despite me asking to see the numbers on the contract numerous times, no doubt so that he could place a much higher price and rate than agreed upon, which has happened to several consumers in the car buying era. When it came to warranties and we refused several of them he was extremely irritating, despite me saying no he would not move forward on several occasions despite the fact that I was in a rush to go. If I were the owner of the dealership I would release that gentleman from my company for the simple reason of not wanting to be associated with someone as unprofessional as him. Because of him, Jason and Billy almost lost a guaranteed deal. Be that as it may my business savvy ways were able to temporarily look past his many imperfections and close the deal. So again I would like to thank Jason and Billy, they were fantastic and what car buying should be about. More
