I came to this dealership in 2021 to get a car and my first experience was terrible. The managers lie to your face and honestly it's a waste of time here. I came back in 2023 and it's the same game. This first experience was terrible. The managers lie to your face and honestly it's a waste of time here. I came back in 2023 and it's the same game. This time I dealt with the manager Edgar Jimenez. Anything you say or ask about is immediately shut down. You'd have an easier time talking to a wall than to Edgar. Hyundai offers manufacturer incentives for current owners that they refuse to add it to the offer while other locations honor this incentive. You'd have more luck selling water to a fish than getting a car from Edgar. If you decide to go, ask for anyone but him. On a happier note, Steven and Javier were a pleasure to work with and have a test drive. More

It took me five calls to get to make an appointment to get my steering wheel lock!! Very unprofessional people on your phones! Logan was great, but I can't understand why it takes an hour to take picture get my steering wheel lock!! Very unprofessional people on your phones!
