I was nervous about the whole dealership experience, but Glenn Bean made it easy and just about as enjoyable as making such a terrifying purchase can be. We found all the personal that we dealt with very friendly, helpful and not pushy. I have found at other dealers the sale person would be very friendly then would turn pushy to almost demanding tryin friendly, helpful and not pushy. We own a Veracruz and have been very happy with that and now looking for a car that would be economical our thoughts was to consider another Hyundai. As with most car buyers the bottom line is the major sticking point, and between trade in value and financing our budget goal was met. It was an easy pleasant buying experience. As a note as to the car, the next day we had driven to Miami and found the car to have a much larger car feel. Smooth ride, held the road great, quite, and was very comfortable and roomy for a 4 hour drive. Only realized it was a compact car when we got out and looked at it in a parking space. I had been saving to buy a Veracruz for about a year. Originally I was going to buy a good used one, but didn't end up coming across the package that I wanted (the GLS model in Saharah Bronze). I have never bought a brand new car before but when I first spoke with Joel Himmel he told me that he had a 2012 coming in on a truck. I was going to be in Orlando the day after it was due to arrive and Joel had it all cleaned up and ready for me to see when I got there. David Menne was a great help in getting my financing through Hyundai so that I'd be eligible for the rebate and Sam Hadid was very helpful in getting my interest rate lowered and getting my bumper to bumper warranty extended. The three of them were very professional and very friendly. So far I am loving the comfy seats of my Veracruz and look forward to enjoying it for many years to come. Thanks. More

I would not have the 2010 Elantra with plenty of warranty if not for Orlando Hyundai. They gave me the best price on the car and the best price on my trade-in. The other dealerships that I went to that advertised "the best price" and "the best customer service" all fell short of my experience at Orlando Hyundai. I am not an easy person to deal with and did extensive research on the cars that interested me. The other dealers tried to argue with me, and Orlando Hyundai welcomed my research and actually encouraged it. Since my last car buying experience was very, very bad (10 years ago - no wonder I keep my car that long), my experience at Orlando Hyundai more than made up for it. I felt very comfortable and confident that I would end up with the best car for me. Originally I thought I wanted to purchase a brand new vehicle but it would have to be the Accent. After seeing the car I purchased (a 2010 Elantra with only 10,500 miles on it), I quickly realized that I would prefer that over a new Accent. Joel wanted to make sure the 2010 was what I really wanted, so he showed me several other cars to compare it to, which, for one reason or another, I ruled out. I've only had my car a few days now but absolutely love it. When I drove it off the lot, I was still a little leary about a "used" car; but because I bought the extended warranty, I am much more comfortable. I thought the extended warranty price was a little high (after everything was added up) but I didn't want to take time to shop around, so I added it to my monthly payments and had to extend the length of my loan by another year at a slightly higher interest rate.
