We have bought several cars throughout our lifespan. It was never really an enjoyable experience. When we first talked to Cliff Wilson of Orlando Hyundai, we explained to him that we had a USAA pricing ce was never really an enjoyable experience. When we first talked to Cliff Wilson of Orlando Hyundai, we explained to him that we had a USAA pricing certificate for the 2012 Santa Fe Limited, FWD, with navigation package, and that we were willing to pay this price for the car. However, we told him we don’t play the old car selling games going back and forth with the sales manager on price, etc. We told Cliff up front, “don’t try to sell us something different, etc.” Cliff Wilson researched the “EXACT” car we wanted in our presence, and said that there weren’t any of this “EXACT” model in the entire state of FL. Another dealership said Orlando Hyundai was lying to us (said that in writing!) and that they had 9 of the EXACT car we were looking for. They didn’t—the cars were all loaners, demo vehicles, or where in the process of being shipped elsewhere. Cliff Wilson of Orlando Hyundai processed our order with Hyundai with the price we were willing to pay, without any hassles! While it took some time to receive the vehicle, we got the EXACT car we wanted with no additional charges for ordering the specific car we wanted. This was an awesome car buying experience. CLIFF WILSON was completely honest, answered all our questions, helped us through the process, and kept us informed of the production status and played no games whatsoever. He was courteous and pleasant to deal with. He made our buying a new car a great experience. He never once pressured us into buying something we didn’t want. This car was a replacement car for our 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe which we also bought from Orlando Hyundai. While the 2007 car buying experience was a good buying experience, this 2012 experience was so much better, and exceeded all of our expectations. We were buying a new car since our 2007 was totaled in a 4 vehicle crash (18 wheeler rear-ended the car behind us). We purchased the 2012 Santa Fe as we thoroughly enjoyed our 2007 Santa Fe, and because we walked away from the crash due to the Santa Fe’s safety features. We can’t say enough of how fortunate Orlando Hyundai is to have someone like Cliff Wilson to represent their dealership and Hyundai. Billy Pizzaro, the Internet Sales Director was also very pleasant when he called us about our new car buying experience, and when I called him regarding a follow-up question. More

As a matter of fact the dealership was able to obtain financing at a rate lower than originally quoted We believe we got the vehicle at a fair price and were extremely satisfied with the entire experience as got an excellent vehicle for a fair price hI More

we my wife and i purchased a 2008 hyuandai sonata from this dealership we put a downpayment on the vehicle were approved by the bank and did all the necesary paper work when we arrived a few days later t this dealership we put a downpayment on the vehicle were approved by the bank and did all the necesary paper work when we arrived a few days later to pick up our vehicle we found out they had sold it to some one else and then they tried to sell us an 2012 accent to make up for what they did i would not recommend my worst enemy to even buy a part from there we ended up going to classic Mazda and purchasing our vehicle there now classic Mazda is where u want to buy a car the people are friendly and honest. I was not looking forward to dealing with pushy salesmen that are normally associated with car dealerships, but did want to compare new vehicle pricing with used/certified. I was pleasantly surprised with the efficient, friendly service I received. My family and I were immediately greeted upon arrival. Joel Himmel was very knowledgeable about the Hyundai cars he showed me and pointed out features I otherwise would not have known about had he not been so thorough when showing me the different models and actively working to see what I wanted and needed. Janet Benni was great handling the paperwork portion of the transaction and was very understanding when she realized how nervous I was. I was not planning on purchasing a vehicle that day. David Menne sealed the deal that night in putting my last minute jitters to rest. My children and I are enjoying our first Hyundai! More
