Tyrone, the spervisor, has no answers and only knows how to feel sorry for my frustration. Jafar, the maintenance manager, doesn't know what's going on in the repair shop. After it was ready and drive tested by the technicians, the car still showed signs of poor service and needed to stay longer. They made me wait for 3 hours until I heard from the technician that he needed 2 hours to check (I had already been there for 3 hours and the car was parked in a corner). They simply don't care. And what's more, three tires needed to be changed, my original tires were Michellin and mysteriously the car came with 4 cheap Pirelli tires... I have no words to express the disappointment. I've never experienced anything like this with a car. I will never want to own a Hyundai again nor will I ever take it back to Hyundai dealer for service. This is the worst communication I've ever came across in any business. It's been almost 2 weeks since I left my car there and I honestly don't know when I'll ever get my car back. I have to make very inconvenient arrangements to get to work everyday. They didn't even offer me a loaner car out of courtesy or even tell "hey go ahead get a rental car and we will reimburse you with the receipts" These people are not even considerate enough to ask how I'm getting by without my vehicle. The very little information they tell me in scarcity (which I'm starting not to believe them), they never follow up. I could go days without hearing any update or to at least tell me "hey we haven't gotten to your vehicle, we're going to do this and this on such date" or "we'll get this done by end of the week latest" I call and call the service advisor who is supposed to be attending to me and never answers his phone. Always goes straight to voicemail. I even call asking to speak to a manager and that goes straight to voicemail. I went in person twice and last thing he told me is "they should get to your vehicle tomorrow". The next day, not a word from them or the day after. WHAT KIND OF OPERATION ARE THESE PEOPLE RUNNING HERE? I already called corporate and made a case with them. I missed one call from them and I call them back to back. I'm still waiting on an update from them. They haven't gave me a follow up call since. I never realized how garbage this company is as a whole. It's not just Greenway; Holler Hyundai is a mess as well. Very disorganized and terrible service. Those cars have serious issues with their engines. Stay away from this place and vehicle. I would advise persons not buy any cars from this dealership and I will tell you. I met up on a crooked car sales man there. The price for a Santa Fae 2023 was $36, 190. I agreed with the sales man that I really like this car and would love to get it. He said Ok and ran my credit. He then came back with a final bill for $45,000 +. I asked why so much money had been added to the final price and he said that it was because I was a first time buyer and it was also for registration and tag and this was a lie. So, I went to the finance office and sign the necessary documents to finance the vehicle. When I went home and I spoke to an attorney he informed that I was been ripped off by the dealership. At his instruction I went back and got a break down off the fees associated with getting the car. It was then that I discovered further irregularities. I understood that I was been charged $3,995 as MSRP for a vehicle that was not scarce in stock. Remember the car sales man didn't tell me this .He told me that the additional fees were for taxes, registration and tag and because I was a first time buyer and this was all lies. I also understood that I was been charged a $1000 dollars for gap insurance, $1004 for luxcare and a $1000 for maintenance when the car has a $100,000/ 10 year warranty. So, I had them remove the unnecessary fees from my account . The sales price listed for the vehicle was $36,190 and on the final invoice they had it listed at $38,190. They added an additional $2000 for nothing. I was promised a $2,000 rebate if I got the car. So, even the amount of money that I am required to pay for taxes is wrong . So, the entire sales invoice is loaded with inaccuracies. I am in the process of speaking to an attorney so as to get remedy for this wrong action by this company. I was told that a hard inquiry would be done on my credit report and when I checked there were three hard inquiries. My car sales man is Lucas More
