Hate that they never address the issues. But quick to find something else though. I always feel angry/unhappy having to go in!! My time is 50% wasted every time. That I will know by 7a On Sat, I had to call going on to 8a. I literally missed “The breast cancer walk” that I went to for 5 straight years to support my friends. One, the 1st anniversary for her mom. The car should have been looked at, and taken care of when I took it in the 1st time for the rattling. And, I never said such a thing that’s on the work order “customer says, “the cover or whatever that is, is broken” “I went in for rattling” Some gold colored dust like was shown to me, which I had a hard time seeing, and guessing it’s from spills my oil change. Ps. I was shown last Thursday a totally different work that was done on my car. I was shown a picture of tubing and, all around the area of work that was done. Not “just “the cover/cap” You all need to get your stuff in order. I may be a woman but, I know what I know and, hear. Not the first time I am told what I didn’t go in for. Eg. sometime back. I was told, I needed two ties when I had just replaced them two days ago somewhere else. Does not look like he is working there anymore! Henry was ok though. It should have taken care of that Monday I had a rental for 4days!! Wasted 5-6hrs of pay between last Friday 23 and Sat. I should’ve been given a rental since that Thursday when I went in a 2nd time for the rattling and, was promised the world that was never kept!!! More
