Thank you for your review, Doris. As we discussed your deal with you, the price advertised did not include the applicable taxes and fees. It also included a maintenance agreement, which you've since cancelled. We also don't control the interest charged by the lender. As we've discussed, the rate lenders charge can be slightly higher if there are blemishes on your credit.

Sir, Greenway Hyundai Orlando sold me a car on March 16 2026 without up-to-date maintenance; the tire rotation was due in October 2025—something that was flagged by GEICO via their app from day one. The display screen shuts off intermittently, the "check engine" light remains "on" constantly, the brakes make strange noises when accelerating and stopping, and there is a persistent noise coming from the front of the vehicle—all of this happening within the first month of purchase. You are obligated to resolve these issues, as I do not feel safe driving a car with such defects, and I hold you liable for any damages that may result from them. You have a duty to sell vehicles in optimal condition; otherwise, it would be better to simply buy a car from a private seller for one-third of your price. Please schedule a technical inspection of the vehicle and repair the existing problems or change it for another one in optimal condition or gave my money back; your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
