Why would I waste more of my time with your dealership? You and Hyundai has demonstrated what an unethical business you run. When you say that you never intend to upset customers is a lie, since with your unethical business practices, you will take the risk, therefore you intended to upset me. No worries, I got a Mazda CX-5 already and will never even consider a Hyundai!
