Attempted to buy 1 at my home town Hyundai dealership, but was unsuccessful due to pricing, despite the fact that I had bought 5 previous vehicles from them (2008-2014). Took a chance, drove an hour, and came to University Hyundai of Decatur to see if they could do better. Karomie, our sales rep, did a fine, friendly, and patient job showing us comparable vehicles. Although this dealership did not have the exact model/color/features we were looking for, they found 1 at another dealership, and were willing to bring it in for us to look at. Even though I was disappointed in the Sales Manager's initial attempt at negotiation (only $100 less than my home town dealership, located 1 hour away), the General Manager met with us personally, and we arrived at an agreeable price. I felt that this General Manager and sales rep put in the extra effort to earn our business. Keith, the Finance Director, did an excellent, professional job in negotiating the final terms of the sale, and was friendly and timely. More
