There was nothing on the lot to my liking, therefore the salesman suggested go a passenger car instead. I would have rather had a pick up, but since Hyundai doesn't offer those I went with the car. I am satisfied with the car overall for the gas mileage and features. More

We agreed on a certain price and 0% interest for 60 months. So this morning, packed my wife and daughter to a car and drove 50 miles to get the new car for my wife. Long story short, they would not honor the agreement that was made, so we drove back home. Very unethical business practices - BAD BUSINESS. They also run my credit, so now I have a unnecessary credit check in my credit history :( More

Make sure to look closely before buying used I bought two cars at once, a new Elantra and a used Accent. The sales staff were very nice, helpful and not pushy. However the were issues with the us I bought two cars at once, a new Elantra and a used Accent. The sales staff were very nice, helpful and not pushy. However the were issues with the used car that we didn't notice until after purchase and weren't informed about before buying. And there have been communication issues when trying to resolve things about the Accent. I don't know if this is my fault or University Hyundai of Decatur's fault. Everyone at the dealership has been courteous, and I believe that they will do their best to answer my questions and resolve the issues. I would confidently recommend University Hyundai of Decatur to anyone. However, my advice to the buyer is make sure to look closely and ask any questions before you leave the lot. More
