She called and assisted us with several cars we could afford with the financing. She didn't "push" one brand over another, but told us about a Focus with extremely low miles. over and above expectations of service dept. took my car in for repair- made appointment- arrived on time - service manager Cindy there to greet me promptly - got right down to business - first d took my car in for repair- made appointment- arrived on time - service manager Cindy there to greet me promptly - got right down to business - first diagnose of trouble incorrect in a massive way - put another mechanic on the job - felt the diagnosis this time was correct so let them proceed. Car is a 2001 so parts sometimes are hard to locate, could not get them to dealership that day so they offered me a rental to use. Good experience with the rental office also. Next day still no parts - finally on 3rd day we have success. Arrive to pick up vehicle Cindy not readily available so the service manager stepped in to address my concerns. EXCELLNT - We both go to car to be sure it runs as expected and it did. Service manager did all he could to be sure was I taken care of. "David Addison" did an outstanding job by making sure customers were satisfied with the work, that they were assisted in at timely manner and I want to thank him for that. A quality not seen in many dealerships today. Cindy the service manager was also Most helpful throughout the entire process. Thanks to All at Greenway Service Department. William L More
Troy Burns did an exceptional job helping me into a used vehicle. My 2012 F150 got hit on the 408 and was in the repair shop and I felt the truck was gone. The repair shop recommended Troy so I went over to the other side of the property and talked to Troy. Told him my wishes and wants for another vehicle. As my luck goes they did not have exactly what i was looking for (2012-2016 F150 2 wd, super crew, ecoboast, ...) They had plenty of 4wd but not what I wanted, Troy looked but we could not find a suitable one. After discussions with my wife I decided to see about the Flex, because that would suit my needs better, I put a lot of miles one 55-60K annually and other stuff. he found my 3-4 Flex that were all in the contention. I had to wait until after Memorial day as I did not have time to actually buy the vehicle before the holiday and my luck being what it is all the flex were gone the Tuesday after. There was 1 left and it was not exactly perfect for me, down hearted I figured I was just going to wait, Troy found 1 other that was being gone through and inspected, we took that one for a test and that was the right Flex for me. The Insurance Company did not total my F150 and decided putting a new frame under it was the correct way to go, I disagreed and took the check and traded my wrecked truck in. I feel I got a good deal (ok I may have in my mind paid $200 more than I wanted but, I am just a cheap SOB) but it was very very close to my desire to spend. Very happy with Troy and Greenway. Second vehicle I bought from the (I think a 06 RAm in 08? ) and will use them again. More

Troy was extremely helpful and patient with us as we made our decision. There was no pressure at all and he took his time showing us a number of vehicles. I would highly recommend Troy; he is a professional in every sense of the word. Also, Lindy Jeffcoat helped us when Troy was working with another customer when we came to pickup our vehicle. Lindy was great. He, too, was patient with us and very helpful. If you are looking for a vehicle, ask for these guys as soon as you walk in the door! More
