RUN IF YOU CAN!! This was the absolute WORST experience I ever had getting a car. The TWO SALES PERSONS I HAD WERE ALAN AND VADIM if you can avoid them please do so... This was the absolute WORST experience I ever had getting a car. The TWO SALES PERSONS I HAD WERE ALAN AND VADIM if you can avoid them please do so... they will provide you false information just to sell you a car.... they will give you the run around!! I purchased a car about a month ago now... the first mistake.... as soon as I signed all paperwork for the car I was then told to go to auto zone for new battery because service department was closed.... ok cool... get the receipt bring it back to the dealer to be reimbursed.... it took me 3 weeks to get my check because ALAN THE SALES GUY PUT WRONG ADDRESS... (after I confirmed the address of course) two weeks after the window wouldn’t close all the way.... VADIM SECOND SALES GUY told me to bring the car in... once I bring the car in he said “you just have to close the door a little harder(second mistake) a week after that .... my sunroof completely stops working.... I was told bring to the lot... nothing has yet to be done... keep getting the run around... NOW BEING TOLD IM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIR WHEN I ONLY HAD THE CAR TWO WEEKS.... PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DEALER!! They only care about commission. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! More
Don’t buy a hybrid The service dept tried their best to help with a warranty part for my 2015 Ford C-Max hybrid. The problem was the only mechanic that can touch a hybri The service dept tried their best to help with a warranty part for my 2015 Ford C-Max hybrid. The problem was the only mechanic that can touch a hybrid system was severely overbooked. It took 8 days to put in a specialty part!!! I have not had service at any other Ford dealer so I cannot compare them. But I really wish they had 2 mechanics that could do this work. Maybe in a couple of years they will have more hybrid cars on the road. Then they will have to train more mechanics on these vehicles. More

POOR PERFORMANCE Not sure if he was having a bad day or what, but a sales person named Gabriel took his frustration out on my parents. They were helping my boyfriend look for a car and told him their price range, he then continued to say that those prices don’t work and they need to get something more expensive. When they said well let’s see what there is, he showed a couple cars one that they were interested in, and when my mother asked for a copy of the paperwork he replied “why do you need it it won’t be here when you get back.” He disrespected my family and we have been long time buyers at greenway. He then shook hands angrily and didn’t even look at my parents in the eye and stormed off because he didn’t make a sale. Ridiculous. I took my car to get an oil change there the same day and was not greeted in the way I had hoped. Not a single smile and not a single update. An employee from the pep boys next door who came in for something was nicer to me then greenway employees. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and I know how people can be. But my family is the sweetest you’ll ever meet and were DOING A FAVOR by helping my boyfriend look for a car.... they couldn’t even get some respect, instead they were made to feel stupid. I don’t think I’ll buy from them again sadly. Thanks so much Gabriel. More
