I had an appointment for my daughters car for a recall and they did not change out any off the locks like they were supposed to and one had already failed and the door opened when she was driving that we and they did not change out any off the locks like they were supposed to and one had already failed and the door opened when she was driving that we replaced at our expense . It was bad customer service and a waste of time. I also had an appointment and they said it was going to take all day and I requested a car and I had to ask for the manager to get a rental so I would not be stuck at the dealership all day. More

I had an appointment for an oil change as a “waiter” for 9am on Sept 11th. I get there and they tell me it will be at least 2 hours to get my truck in let alone done. They told me my 9am appt was to speak 9am on Sept 11th. I get there and they tell me it will be at least 2 hours to get my truck in let alone done. They told me my 9am appt was to speak with a service advisor not to get the work done, doesn’t say that on their website. Had my Honda serviced two weeks before and was done 38 min after my appt time. Sorry, wasn’t waiting over 2hrs for an oil change and won’t be using Greenway for anything in the future. More
