At the request of a coworker, I decided to visit this dealership to have an air filter replaced in my Chevy Cobalt. I'm extremely happy with the service I received. Not only was the employee extremely helpful, but he was knowledgeable and I did not feel like he was going to charge me in excess for anything I didn't need, a first for a car dealership! I have dealt with this dealership for a few years now and I'm very pleased every time I come here with the friendlyness of all the employees. He makes you feel like family and if I ever have a problem with my vehicle I know I can count on Henry to be there. The prices are very reasonable compared to other places also. I want to first start out saying that I do not just give a good feedback whenever given a feedback card. I pay a lot of money for good vehicles and expect good service. I am easily angered when I see companies like Toyota coming over here and becoming rated higher than Ford, Chevy etc. When it appears quality is lowering and problems rising it is very hard to stay loyal as a customer. I have read a large amount of reviews online regarding horror stories with 06 Ford Explorers. I have one that was brought in for service and told that the problem was non existent. I was frustrated that I not only brought my vehicle in for service on my Tranny but also paid the diagnostic charge and the problem was not found. I later found it was difficult to recreate but from a customers point fo view the service seemed to be shallow. Then I spoke with a gentleman there names Henry Pimentel who not only took the time to explain my first bill but also took the time to come out to the vehicle and let me re create the problem I have been experiencing. He not only took the extra time to test drive and diagnose my vehicle but he waived my second diagnostic fee. I had a shifter that was replaced by Ford not too long ago and it was also becoming part of the problem at the same time. Henry, unlike a lot of dealerships online, actually replaced the bum part at no cost to me. This may seem like it would go without saying but apparently a lot of dealerships will deny this type of service to make extra money. Henry may have waived the small cost of one part but I guarantee I will be back repetedly to this dealer and only this dealer for all my service while I reside in this area because this is the first time I have ever had such great customer service. I realize parts wear and fail but when you have a continuous problem with a few parts sometimes it takes a leader to step up and fix the problem once and for all and it takes a true customer service professional to stop leading the customer along by the wallet. I cannot explain how thankful I am that Henry took the time to look at my vehicle. Because of Henry you have one more dedicated customer to this dealership. More
I was in the service department on Saturday morning October 16th for my mileage service. Terry was very nice, caring, and very informant. When I went to leave I checked my car over like I always do b October 16th for my mileage service. Terry was very nice, caring, and very informant. Someone spilled (looked like coffee) on the front fender and hood of my car and did not bother to take the time to clean it off. Was a little upset about that, went and told Terry and he offered to clean it but I just left. Had a 1:00 appointment. Otherwise everything else was very pleasant. More
I went in for Service and met with Rick. During my visit I went over to Sales and met with Barbara. She made me a deal on a new Explorer and Jerod completed the Finance work. Rick and Barbara assisted me in I went over to Sales and met with Barbara. She made me a deal on a new Explorer and Jerod completed the Finance work. Rick and Barbara assisted me in getting all my belongings out of the tradein and transferred the license plate to the new Explorer. You have a great team, that is why I keep coming back. I had a Very Positive buying experience at Greenway Ford. The sales person didn't pull any tricks, and gave me exactly what I asked for, within the price range I needed. Henry was always the person that I did the service work on my vehicle, howeveer he was promoted. Well deserved. I now have a new service person (Terry Bennett) who took care of my service appointment. H on my vehicle, howeveer he was promoted. Well deserved. I was extremely pleased to see our salesman,David,did not bother to bring in the big guns to try and close us. He did the whole thing. Several years ago I purchased a new Mustang for my son. When one of the engine lights came on he took it to Greenway for service since it was still under warranty. Two days later I was phoned and informed When one of the engine lights came on he took it to Greenway for service since it was still under warranty. Two days later I was phoned and informed that they had a problem. Their parts truck backed into the auto demolishing the left front panel and the drivers door. They told me not to contact my insurance company (and I foolishly listened to them) they would take care of the repairs. After some hassle they agreed to give us a loaner vehicle while the Mustang was in the auto body shop. That loaner was a really old vehicle that needed work. After several weeks of being ignored, their not returning phone calls, not ever having a manager available to talk to, and putting putting us off because the body shop was reallly busy they finally got around to working on the Musang. Approximately 3 weeks after the accident we picked up the Mustang, the paint did not match and the door never worked right and the engine light was still on. They would not do any additional work and we lost alot of money when we traded in the vehicle(at a different dealership) because of the shoddy work they did. More
