I walked in heavily upside down in a loan with a virtually non-function vehi Good experience with Dick Smith Ford! I had a somewhat unique situation. I walked in heavily upside down in a loan with a virtually non-function vehicle. Went to Adams Toyota and they wouldn’t give me the time of the day. Left and went to DSF and was met by Henry Pulliam in the lot. I explained my situation and what I was looking for. He asked me a few questions to gauge the right fit for me and led me straight to the perfect vehicle to suit my needs and desires. He was honest and respectful. If he didn’t know an answer to a question he said so and then found the answer. He was never pushy or forceful. My experience involved two visits over a three day period and Henry remained patient and helpful. He was thorough, responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. The GM was not too keen on my trade in and what they had initially valued it at and tried to reduce the offer. Corey (another manager) stepped in and pushed for a reasonable compromise that left both parties happy. Jessie (Business Manager) handled the closing and can best be described as pleasant and efficient. He was a straight shooter and didn’t try to push me into anything I didn’t need. I asked for an extended warranty and he was transparent and honest through the whole process. He even got my sales tax rolled into the loan. I left the dealership happy and grateful. Even the young lady at the front desk was personable and made small talk with my wife and entertained my kids while Corey and I negotiated the final details. All in all I can tell you one thing for certain... The next time I find myself in the market for a vehicle I’ll just skip all the BS, browsing other dealerships,or surfing online ads and just call Henry. More
