A waste of time! If you go to google review I have a very detailed review on what I think about Dick Smith Ford and their inconsiderate staff they have working there! This place needs to either retrain or hire new staff. Someone who actually wants to help the customers that come in there and purchase vehicles. Worst experience of my life and since I work for Ford Motor Company I plan to push this complaint as high as I can so my fellow coworkers don’t have to suffer with the lack of knowledge and the lack of compassion regarding time like I did. I will never purchase another vehicle from this place again and neither will anyone else I know if I can help it! More

Great salesman (chris Knox) Mr. Chris Knox has always been my car sales man he's been great I got like 6 cars from him also referred friends and family. Now that he's with Ford i Mr. Chris Knox has always been my car sales man he's been great I got like 6 cars from him also referred friends and family. Now that he's with Ford it's making me want to switch from my current car company to a Ford. I have never had a Ford so the fact that he's getting me to switch over is huge. I want even make the switch to an iPhone from an android. That says alot about him he's the best salesman ever and you guys are lucky to have him on your team. More

Poor communication Made a cash offer on a used car. Had communication from 4 or 5 different people and no one seemed to be talking to other sales representatives or to Made a cash offer on a used car. Had communication from 4 or 5 different people and no one seemed to be talking to other sales representatives or to sales management. After 3 days I received a voice mail stating the car had been sold for more money than my offer. No one asked me if I wanted to meet the current selling price or possibly make a higher offer. Again this was a cash/money wire offer. There was no question about qualifying for a loan. I asked if the car was a Certified Used Car. The first sales rep. did not know but told me he would check and get back to me. Never spoke to him again. Later received an email from another team member stating that at this time the dealership did not offer Certified Used Car protection. Unbelievable that a Ford dealership would not offer a Certification on a Ford product with less than 18,000 miles. No dealership should have difficulty handling this simple of an offer This is not where you want to spend your money. More
