Having just relocated from Orlando Florida to Kansas City Missouri in October, I recently purchased my 2019 Ford Edge Titanium AWD at Dick Smith Ford in Raytown just in time for the winter season. The experience was so stress free, super easy and absolutely enjoyable. Living in Florida for most of my life and being inexperienced in driving around in snow and ice, I was concerned about safety. I reached out to Ryan Ortiz, the new GM at Dick Smith Ford, to discuss my options. He was so easy to talk to, very patient and such an absolute pleasure to work with!! Within a few hours he had found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Ryan had arranged for me to meet up with my Sales Agent Wayne Eagle who immediately greeted me with a smile. He was a wealth of knowledge, so very helpful and a joy to work with as well. We went for a Test Drive and he explained all of the wonderful features of the Edge, and most importantly the safety features I needed for winter. I also though it was so nice that Wayne called me the next day to see if I had any questions and offered help with anything I may need with my new car!! The application process was also super fast and easy making this the most enjoyable experience I have ever had buying a new car!! Everyone at the dealership was so helpful and nice and I will definitely recommend them to everyone!! We test drove a Raptor also but the F150 better fit my wife as this is now her primary vehicle after trading in a Taurus SHO.
