I recently purchased a car from Dick Ford Smith in raytown. It was an all around great experience. For an out of the blue purchase, Dick Smith Ford went above and beyond! Matt and Wayne took the time to locate a vehicle to match exactly what I was looking for. My salesman, Wayne Eagle took time out of his own day to drive 55 miles away to pick the vehicle up!! Vanessa in finance, made it quick and easy to complete the deal.
