I had my truck towed to Dick Smith Ford because I lost my key. They have had my truck since Friday 10/2/20 and they still don't know how to program a freaking key for my truck. Now they want to change the sw key. They have had my truck since Friday 10/2/20 and they still don't know how to program a freaking key for my truck. Now they want to change the switch. I didn't have NO issues with my switch I just lost my key to my truck. It's evident that no one know what they are doing. I need my truck it's my only transportation. I will reach out to the head office to get this mess taken care of. I just need a key. More
Brought my truck in and got 2 new tires. They had me put my wheel lock in the cup holder. When I went to get my tires rotated the first time the wheel lock wasn’t there. I talked to the guy that helped me my wheel lock in the cup holder. When I went to get my tires rotated the first time the wheel lock wasn’t there. I talked to the guy that helped me said come in so he could see what size it was. He wasn’t there when i went and I got sent away and they told me they used their own. It’s a large sized lock. Another dealership didn’t even have one. I’m sure they kept it for their own. They also put my fender flares on wrong and they had me come back 2 more times to get them put on correctly. This place is a joke. More
