And it was a bargain...$212 for replacing 2 foglight bulbs - one that had burnt out and the other just to have both replaced at the same time. More

One of the most irresponsible dealerships I’ve worked with. My car caught a flat tire and was towed to them by Alfa Romeo n who they hire to tow. First off, the towing didn’t come to me not once but twic with. My car caught a flat tire and was towed to them by Alfa Romeo n who they hire to tow. First off, the towing didn’t come to me not once but twice, the third time is when they finally came to pick up my car which isn’t entirely Greenways fault. But to make matters worse, when my car gets there no one works on it, no one checks it out, no one gives me a call, and come to find out no one even knew it was my car that was there, when I called ahead and even made a service appt confirming with them that my car was on its way over and they even told me who the advisor was going to be that’s going to work on it and even with that it took me calling them after not getting a call and speaking with multiple different people to be able to even find my car and confirm it was at the location. Once finally confirming they told me that the advisor was going to call me right when he goes in the next morning, I patiently waiting till 2pm and no call so I once again call them and finally get to speak to my advisor in which tells me the ETA for my tired wont be here until the weekend since out of stock. Then when I communicate with him the next day once again ME CALLING them, he tells me that no one around has them and that they’re going to take another week to come in meaning I won’t have a car for 2 weeks so I took matters into my own hand and spoke with Steven from Alfa Romeo in Central Florida and he told me they have the tires but that they aren’t run by the same company which is possibly why Greenway was saying that no one around has them but when I connect with Greenway again to tell them Central Florida had the tire they say “oh yes they do but it would be an extra charge” why wouldn’t they say that from the beginning instead of saying that no one around has them and that I would be car less for a week. So now my car is being towed yet again to Central Florida since they seem so far to be more on top of things. I’ve gone to Greenway since I got my Alfa and every time there seems to be some type of communication issue which is entirely irresponsible the way they handled my situation. I was told so many times “they’re going to give you a call”, “they’re going to call you back” no one ONCE gave ME call to speak with me including managers. They claim it was a telephone issue and that they’ve been calling me but nothings gone through and said it was my phone possibly thinking it’s a scam but even as a scam the call goes through to my phone and I had zero calls from them at any point. All in all, this was the deal breaker for me and wouldn’t recommend anyone going to Greenway for their Alfa Romeo or Fiat, their department is extremely irresponsible. More

This review is about the service department. Every time I go there is takes a long time to get my car serviced. For a simple oil change it takes a minimum of 90 minutes - it’s ridiculous. Also, when I ca I go there is takes a long time to get my car serviced. For a simple oil change it takes a minimum of 90 minutes - it’s ridiculous. Also, when I call to schedule service- my information is always incorrect. I have no idea why they keep getting my phone # wrong and email address no matter how many times I correct it. I will never buy a vehicle from Greenway. More
