I will summarize my current ongoing experience with this dealership. 8/27/24 I schedule my appointment over the phone for the 29th. The conformation email stated that I scheduled for a week later on the 5th of September and that my car had 290,000 miles. Its a 2019, with 29,000 miles. Not a good sign Id say. 8/29/24 I dropped off my car at 8am on the 27th of August. There were strange noises coming from the front left along with a check engine light. Nothing urgent but considering that the car was under warranty, it made sense to drop it off for the weekend. 8/30/24 I receive a text from mechanics about having trouble recreating the noises coming from the front left. I tried as much as I could over text to help diagnose this, and I offered "if theres anything else I can do, let me know". 9/3/24 I had not heard anything from the Fiat dealership since the text message 4 days previous. I call them that afternoon to get clarification. They tell me that they were still struggling to replicate the noises. No progress in 4 days, and no attempts of contacting me. 9/4/24 I get an uber to the dealership, and try to recreate these noises myself. I was unsuccessful with the front left wheel rubbing, I wish I took a video when I first heard it. The other noise was ruled out as not serious and not covered by warranty. So whatever, at least they have been working on the check engine light at that time, right? No they haven't 9/6/24 I ask the service department how long they believe the service to take. Their estimate for the latest I would receive the vehicle is the next Tuesday. 9/10/24 I was given the estimation of receiving the vehicle "this week" Fairly vague if you ask me. 9/11/24 Today, as of today I have not received the car. I have offered the Fiat dealership to pickup the car today from them and drive it down to West Palm Beach and get the service done there because I no longer believe anything they tell me Now for my analysis on this dealership. They have no incentive to service you car in a timely manner. They don't reach out because then thats more work for them, and why would they want to do their job, thats too much effort. My recommendation to anyone who would like to get a vehicle serviced here is this. If your warranty policy covers a rental, get the most expensive one you can. Give greenway an incentive to finish your service because every day that its in the shop, they are paying for your rental and all the miles you put on it. I wasn't able to get a rental because im 19 years old and the warranty only covers $35 dollars a day on rental for 5 days. Companies who rent to under 20 charge upwards of 80 per day. Do some math there and it would have cost me 1,505 for a rental for the entire time the car as been gone. Try and tell them that its urgent. I need my car by Thursday afternoon latest which is tomorrow. I didn't say this when I dropped the car off because I genuinely thought I would get it back later that day until they told me it might take 3-4 days. Yet here we are 3 weeks later. My final statement to you the reader is this, if you live in Orlando and are looking to get a Fiat serviced, take the drive to Daytona/Melbourne/Davenport. Yeah maybe it's en extra hour to drive, Greenway was only 10 minutes from my house. I would rather drive 10 hours than go back to greenway because its been nothing but a disaster. Usually the service department is spot on but this last time it was terrible. I waited for four hours for a simple oil change. Brought my Alfa Stelvio Quad for an oil change at 1130am. It was supposed to be ready at 1pm. I was supposed to have one free oil change because this was the first but it didn’t show up on the system. The se It was supposed to be ready at 1pm. The service advisor Casey said he would reach out to Alfa to figure it out. 2 hours later I arrive back to pick up the car and he tells me he could not get hold of Alfa and they haven’t started the oil change yet. xxx!!! My car has been sitting for two hours while I’ve been waiting. At this point I was so angry. Why wait two hours to tell me this? Why not call me and let me know. The manager comes over and apologizes and gets them working on my car and says give them 15mins to complete this! It took them another hour to finish! That’s three hours of my valuable time for an oil change! The manager gives me a card with the next oil change free. What he should have done was go and fill my gas tank up as well as a courtesy! I’m still very very annoyed with the service I received!!! More

Went thr on appointment day(travelled abt 150 miles) and received a quote substantially a higher price and i was told "i dont know whom did you talk over the phone, and ohh we dont have the part today". Basically travelled 300 miles to visit the dealership, like i have nothing else to do. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE". Wont give even a single star. Alfa of Central florida is far better choice. More

Racketeering? From my recent experience, I can only liken the dealership service I received to underhanded tactics resembling organized crime or extortion. While I lack the legal acumen to definitively label their practices as such, my encounter felt eerily close. I'll set the scene: my car, well within its warranty period, breaks down due to a small plastic button malfunctioning. A trivial issue one would assume, considering the car had only seen 18,000 miles. But what unfolded was a very surreal nightmare, Instead of covering it and fixing it, they tried to scam me into paying 1335, thinking they had me against a rock and a hard place. They wouldnt even do me the courtesy of lifting the panels to release the tension and allow the vehicle to be removed from park so it could be driven. Let me outline my experience for clarity: I made a service appointment, explaining the problem in detail. The representative showed little empathy, informing me that I had to tow my car to their location. They use an outsourced call center as the first point of contact for customers. Blech!! By the end of the day, they had not made any progress on the car, only leaving a message inquiring about the problem - a problem I'd already described. The following day, my attempts to contact them were met with the phone ringing and ringing and ringing.. When they finally called, it wasn't to deliver good news, but to demand $1,335 for the repair of the tiny button. They claimed the breakage was due to "outside influences," because I 'touch it every day'. I inquired whether it was only designed to go 18000 miles. They held on to the 'it's not a manufacturer's defect' line. This saga spiraled to the point of semantics. Let's be real though, none of their claims made any sense and it was so obvious what was happening, I immediately disengaged. Reading through my warranty, it appeared the issue should be covered. Upon contacting Alfa Romeo's headquarters, they confirmed my suspicion, explaining "outside influences" referred to situations such as spills or foreign objects causing damage. Given the immaculate condition of my interior, this was highly improbable. In a desperate move, I brought the issue to a friend who's acquainted with the dealership's General Manager, George and thinks highly of him. However, George was more bothered about my public complaint rather than rectifying the issue, showing a clear disregard for customer satisfaction. Disheartened, I turned to Alfa Romeo Roadside who promptly moved my car to a different, more worthy dealership. Alfa Romeo of Central Florida resolved the issue in a day, proving the stark contrast in service quality. They were accommodating and also provided a fair trade-in value for my car. I had been planning to trade in my car and was dealing with a wonderful sales representative, Carmen. Unfortunately, due to this, I could NEVER set foot in that place again. As it turned out, Alfa Romeo of Central Florida was actually closer to me. I never drove my 2020 Gulia again after it being fixed. However, with the unparalleled service from Alfa Romeo of Central Florida, I upgraded to a 2023 model in Rosso Red!! I initially thought my dream of continuing to drive an Alfa Romeo was thwarted by the grim experience at Greenway. (Clearly, I couldnt ever be at their mercy again). However, with the commendable service from the Alfa Romeo corporate and the Maitland dealership, I look forward to more years of driving my beloved Alfa Romeo Brand More
