THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH MANAGEMENT Fiat is aware that the front breaks rotor are having dent line problems i ook my Fia 500x for services 2017 they change the breaks to see if stop do Fiat is aware that the front breaks rotor are having dent line problems i ook my Fia 500x for services 2017 they change the breaks to see if stop doing the dent on the rotos , return in 2018 they change the breaks and rotor . they inform mr that there no Re-call due that not all fiat great the dents on the rotors I return 2020 and they don't want to do nothing knowing the situation , maybe they waiting for me to have a bad accident. wont EVER BYE A FIAT THEY ARE NOT SECURE FOR YOUR FAMILY More

Very dissatisfied I was a greenway customer since 2014 who bought my first car, 2015 I buy my second car and 2019 I buy my third car a Fiat. For the reason that I do NOT recommend greenway as an alternat who bought my first car, 2015 I buy my second car and 2019 I buy my third car a Fiat. For the reason that I do NOT recommend greenway as an alternative that I can buy a car or use it for service is for the following reason, I take my Fiat for an oil and filter change and check the air bag light, they tell me that I have to leave it because they only have a mechanic in the afternoon I call to look for my car because I did not receive a call that my car was ready, I went to pick up my car and they tell me that the car had an oil leak and had a problem with the air conditioning problems that my car did NOT have, you mention that I had not authorized those repairs tell me do not worry that is covered by the warranty, I ask him where the oil leak was because in my garage I NEVER saw oil on the floor 🤔 they tell me it was the rear main seal, work that anyone knows that involves more than one day of work, that is, work charged to the guarantee without doing, and that is not all I get in my car and I realize that it is all dirty with oil stains, they had belongings that were NOT mine and to top it all Tools in the engine area 😡. I found a vehicle with my sales rep Carmen who was actually great it was used and needed a little attention to a few things that were promised done for me in the next day I got my own financing throug actually great it was used and needed a little attention to a few things that were promised done for me in the next day I got my own financing through my credit union, put down a monetary deposit and the next day the vehicle was not ready! Even though I drove 1.5 hours - they told me that they would get it ready by the next Thursday seven whole days & it still had not gone to the body shop or been detailed! And would not be ready until the following week so I canceled my purchase in my opinion I don’t think the manager wanted to spend a dollar on it until he saw that he was getting the money from my credit union in advance and he was extremely dismissive towards me & my sales rep. Then they actually had the check from my credit union and that became a whole other fiasco because they had my money and I didn’t have a vehicle! And the sales rep Carmen she was super sweet and she was probably the only decent part of the experience! Would not recommend More
