I asked to speak with the service manager but they are too busy to come out. The general manager is also unavailable ALL OF THE TIME. I gave up waiting and called but they are also too busy to take the phone calls or return my calls. I finally reached an assistant service manager who seamed eager to look into the issue and wanted pictures and an explanation. After sending him the detail, he too has been to busy to contact me and is NEVER available. Lesson learned, DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. More
Service Department needs major customer service over I agree with JPJEEP 2019 that NOONE ever knows whats going on and I JUST bought my vehicle 2 weeks ago and had it in for service. The service manager had no interest in assisting me at all. When you call forget it they never answer and my adviser he is just a youngster who really didn't care about helping me. The ONLY person who was of any help was David and (unfortunately for me he went on vacation much needed im sure) and he was ok. Please take a look at your service department it does need help!! More

I find it very unprofessional that as a customer, with a vehicle in for service, that the ONLY PERSON, who has any info about my vehicle is my advisor. Who is usually busy with a plethora of others coming in to the dealership. Your front line of phone people in the service department have NO INFORMATION about vehicles and what is going on with them. Why bother having them on the phones then? Its ridiculous. My vehicle has been there since last Friday and I have no more info than I did when i left there and had to get a rental vehicle at the end of the day. Unacceptable... My actual advisor, Micah, was very helpful during the process but again, he seems to be overwhelmed with things as do all the advisors so the fact that they aren't available when someone calls in is nuts to me. ...p.s. I still have no idea when my vehicle will be done or what is going on with it. More

I paid for wasted time To start off the customer service rep was excellent. He was very friendly and kept me up to date on my progress. I setup an appointment at 8 in mornin To start off the customer service rep was excellent. He was very friendly and kept me up to date on my progress. I setup an appointment at 8 in morning to have my tire fixed. It had a nail in it and I needed it patched. I also knew I had a thermostat issue and wanted a price quote. I waited about an hour and they came back with a $321 price quote for a thermostat, $746 to fix both front tension strut arms because the bushings are bad, and my drivers side front wheel is out of alignment. I postponed the repairs to either do it myself or get some other quotes, but I did give the go ahead to do an alignment. By the time I got out of there it was 11:30 and I needed to go to work. When I left and started driving down the road I noticed my steering wheel was slightly more towards the left then what it should have been. I debated on taking it back, but I just paid $90 to have it aligned and I would rather have it straight. I didn’t have time to turn back and have them do, so I called and told customer service what happened and I setup an 8:15 appointment the next day to have the alignment done. I showed up early and they said it shouldn’t take them that long. 10:40 rolls around and I still hadn’t heard anything. Finally I ask where is my car and I am told it will be another 20 minutes. It is now 11:30 and they come and tell me my car is done and they give me a sheet with the alignment specs. The day before the spec sheet said that the toe on my drivers side front wheel was at .26 degrees now the before measurement for the tires was both at.40 degrees and the new measurement showed everything in the green. My car drives a lot better after the alignment, but I won’t be taking it back to them. Every time I deal with their service department I leave irritated. Their prices are to high and I don’t have any faith in their technicians. More

Incompetence I paid for tire rotation and alignment. My truck came back with the steering wheel totally off center. Facing 2 O’Clock to maintain a straight line. I return to the shop the service Manager took the truck back in. Tech tried three times to fix it according to the manager and the steering wheel is still off center. I’m totally unsatisfied and lost confidence in this dealership. More
