I recently had the opportunity to return to Greenway service for warranty work I feel awe full that I am one of those people terrible with names I use this service writer everytime I go wether it is a service for warranty work I feel awe full that I am one of those people terrible with names I use this service writer everytime I go wether it is an oil change or warranty repair His ability to make the experience an excellent one is truly a gift I will always recommend Greeneay and the first service writer on the right when you walk in the door to the far left I wanna say his name is Brad but I really need to find out for sure. Beyond poor service I brought a vehicle in for service and experienced the worst customer service I have ever had dealing with a dealership. You cannot get anyone to answ I brought a vehicle in for service and experienced the worst customer service I have ever had dealing with a dealership. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone when you call the main line. There isn’t even an option to transfer to an operator let alone just leave a message. I was just having a 2012 Chrysler 200 checked for recalls and an electrical issue and no one answers when you call. If you try to go through the sales phone line, you get hung up on, twice. Because my quote to fix my electrical issues was over $1600 I opted not to have the work done so the recalls on my vehicle were subsequently not done. Over two days of horrible communication and then not to even have the mandatory recalls completed? I will never bring a vehicle in for service let alone purchase one from this dealership. You are better off driving over to sand lake and John young. At least they answer their phone. Customers beware More
Service rep hung up on me My sales experience here was really good. 39k miles in (3k over warranty) a bolt snapped off that was holding the idler pulley on. The broken bolt lead to the idler pulley snapping. With that missing the main belt comes off and you can't drive it anymore. This isn't a wear and tear part. It broke because it was defective. I contacted them and once they determined it was out of warranty they informed me they couldn't fix it for free. So far their response was expected. I started to nicely make my case about how this was due to defective materials and how using a few miles over warranty to avoid fixing it would make the difference in me buying a Dodge again, and the service rep hung up on me. So instead of the good impression I had when I bought, I'll never go there again. Not buying Dodge again either. Sold me a cheap product and won't take responsibility for defective products. More

I asked to speak with the service manager but they are too busy to come out. The general manager is also unavailable ALL OF THE TIME. I gave up waiting and called but they are also too busy to take the phone calls or return my calls. I finally reached an assistant service manager who seamed eager to look into the issue and wanted pictures and an explanation. After sending him the detail, he too has been to busy to contact me and is NEVER available. Lesson learned, DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. More

The service manager had no interest in assisting me at all. When you call forget it they never answer and my adviser he is just a youngster who really didn't care about helping me. The ONLY person who was of any help was David and (unfortunately for me he went on vacation much needed im sure) and he was ok. Please take a look at your service department it does need help!! More
