I’ll give you a call. I had to take my vehicle to another shop to have the AC repaired properly. I still was not reimbursed for the same exact part (a/c resister) that was replaced 9 months prior to the second repair, which I was told would be a Mopar warranty. The thrid repair was just to repair the sloppy workmanship from replacing an A/C condenser and leaving the power steering cooler just flopping around in the radiator well.

I tried to reach you by phone but you were not available at the time. I understand some services are impossible to know exactly how long they are going to take and I also don't expect you to drop everything if I just come in without an appointment. But something as simple as an oil change which does not require your top diesel mechanics to be available should not be an all day project when I schedule an appointment 10-14 days in advance. When I have an appointment I expect to get in within a reasonable amount of time, not be told you still have cars from the day before that I have to get in line for. I was told appointments are only for the advisor to schedule his time. When I walk in and none of the advisors are busy I find it hard to believe they need appointments to schedule their time. I did get my oil change at Pep Boys but I do need to schedule some service. I received a message that my system update failed and to contact my dealer. Also at the same time my backup camera quit working. I don't know it they are related buy I would have to assume they are. Also I would like a price quote on changing my axel fluids. If you would like to discuss this please let me know when a good tome to reach you would be.
