Greenway Service Dept is the best service dept I have experienced in 50 years of having cars serviced. Although I did not buy my vehicle at Greenway, their Service Dept has consistently treated me as I w experienced in 50 years of having cars serviced. Although I did not buy my vehicle at Greenway, their Service Dept has consistently treated me as I was the most important customer they ever had. I especially appreciate Dom Boone and Jimmy, the Service Manager. Because of their efforts, they saved me over a thousand dollars with something installed by a third-party. I recommend Greenway Dodge's Service Dept to anyone. More
A March 13 2010 appointment for service on wheels turned sour after wheel cover went missing on my Dodge Sprinter chassis RV. Initial response by dealership staff was downright disappointing. Happily, Service Manager Timothy Hutker's intervention after my complaint was speedy and responsible. We came to an agreement on compensation for loss. Arrive from Pennsylvania and didn't know where to get my car serviced. Saw Greenway on Colonial Drive and went to your service department. I was looking to get a wheel alignment on my car and thought I wo car serviced. Saw Greenway on Colonial Drive and went to your service department. I was looking to get a wheel alignment on my car and thought I would have to wait a week or two weeks for an appointment but to my surprise, I was taken in the same day without an appointment. I was given a lift home from the dealership and I was called once the car was finished. The dealership picked me up to pickup my car. I was very satisifed with the wheel alignment and have brought my other car in for service. I would highly recommend this dealership for their courteous and prompt service. More
I brought my Chrysler 300 to their Service Department because the air conditioning was not working. Don was my service adviser. Don had the problem diagnosed, ordered the needed parts, and advised me o because the air conditioning was not working. Don was my service adviser. There was some confusion about when the vehicle was ready to be picked up, and I expressed my concerns to Jimmy the service manager. Jimmy expressed his apologies and took care of my concerns quickly and completely. I live a long distance from the dealership, I work long hours, and my pregnant wife and 2-year old son rely on the car for transportation. We were unable to pick-up the vehicle when it was ready. Jimmy had the vehicle washed, vacuumed, filled up with gas, he had the oil changed, and had the car delivered to my home. The true test of customer service is not how the business deals with "business as usual," but rather, how they deal with challenges. Jimmy reminded my why we will continue to bring our business to Greenway. More

By far the best service department for Jeep in Orlando. Friendly staff who solved the issues in a timely manner and got me out of a bind. Labor day weekend 9/5/09 and heading out on vacation at 2 p.m. with the family. Was on the highway right at their exit when the engine light went on and drove staight to the dealership. Jimmy came right over p.m. with the family. Was on the highway right at their exit when the engine light went on and drove staight to the dealership. Jimmy came right over to see what the problem was and took the car into the shop where Fredo diagnosed it as a transmission module problem. The whole family sat in the waiting room as they told me they could fix the problem. Wow!, in about three hours I was back on the road and my vacation was not ruined. Have dealt with Jimmy before and he is very professional. Makes you feel as if you are part of the Chtysler family and not just a customer. If they had a rating of more than 5, he and the dealership service department would desrve a 10. Have always trusted them with the service on my automobile and have never been dissapointed. I had to find a different Chrysler dealer since the one I used was closed during Chrysler’s bankruptcy proceedings. I drove my 2000 Chrysler Cirrus, with 42000 miles, for the first time to Greenway’s Dodge used was closed during Chrysler’s bankruptcy proceedings. I drove my 2000 Chrysler Cirrus, with 42000 miles, for the first time to Greenway’s Dodge and Chrysler Service Dept for a ‘checkup’ and oil change. I was told I needed new spark plugs and I agreed. Then the mechanic noticed oil leaking into the spark plug area. “REPLACED 2 VALVE COVER GASKETS, TUBE SEALS, AND PCV VALVE” and I agreed to the charges to stop the leak. I drove the car home and the motor sounded great. After a few days, I noticed a large amount of oil had leaked onto the garage floor. I have had the car for nine years and NEVER a drop of oil on the garage floor before this. I knew something must have not been replaced correctly and drove back to Greenway Service where I was told the leak could not be coming from the repair they just made. I waited my turn to have the car rechecked and late that afternoon I was told it definitely was not from the repair they just made but was from a different place, the “REAR CAM COVER”. I was then informed that will be an additional $1,015.00. What? I have heard of many tactics used to scam senior citizens and I felt I was caught up in one. Remember, not a drop of oil in nine years and now I get a big leak in a different place from where they repaired? They took me to my car and showed oil all over the engine. I was reduced to believing them and agreed to the additional work since I didn’t want more oil on the garage floor. I couldn’t sleep that night. I knew I had been taken. The next morning I received a call from Tom and he informed me that Xavier, the mechanic, had put dye in the oil over night and verified the leak was from the original work “THE VALVE COVER GASKET” which they had just repaired and not form the “REAR CAM COVER”. Therefore, I would not have to pay an additional $1,015.00 and they would repair their original work for free. I could not believe my ears, an auto repair shop apologizing, admitting they had made a mistake? Thank you Tom and Xavier for being honest, Greenway now has a new customer. More
