I've always had nothing but outstanding service from Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep! My son's Dodger Charger had a broken parking break release lever. They replaced this, fixed a broken window switch they found, balanced a wheel that had lost a weight, and called me to let me know the oil change was overdue and check to see if I wanted it done. I did :-) I feel better knowing my son's car was returned to him in great working condition and the service and reliability of this dealership can't be beat!! John Drehoff More
Two days ago I visited Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep for the purpose of changing my brake pads, and I was amazed by the kind of customer service that I received. As I arrived at the dealership, Ms Penni Co the purpose of changing my brake pads, and I was amazed by the kind of customer service that I received. As I arrived at the dealership, Ms Penni Couch, my adviser, approached me in a kindly manner. After taking a look at my brakes, she immediately advised me with the best case scenario, taking into account the best quality and my personal taste. She was very impressive and knowledgeable. She displayed a great sense of professionalism. Furthermore, she was active and constantly provided me with updates, which made me feel like I was part of the whole process. I want to take the time to say thanks to her for taking care of my car in such timely fashion. Nicely done and keep up the good work! More
A AAA man kindly reccomanded I have my car towed to Greenway Dodge as my broken part would be under warranty. That was my first great news to an unfortunate start of my day. As the day went on I communicated with Andy several times before the final call that the repair job had been completed AT NO COST TO ME. Andy was friendly and kind, he made me feel my car was in good hands and the job would be completed in timely fashion. And it was. Upon zrriving to pick up the car, I was greeted/directed to cashier and a driver brought my car to me. The whole experience was pleasant and professional. It is a long drive from my home but was glad I took the AAA man's advice. I will certainly return if I need a Chrysler Dealer in the future. More
We initially had problems with our visit, but Jimmy Nadeau, the service manager, took care of all our concerns. He was very professional and friendly and quickly remedied the situation. Just had a/c repaired with an extended contract and Tom called the company to have it covered and it was. Car was on time and a/c works fine so far. Let you know in August if it is still cold. I am a long time customer and have been working with Mr. Andy Taylor for many years now. Andy continues to be most impressive and professional. He also always works to get me the best price and to brief me on any appropriate special that Greenway may be having. However a great service rep would not be of much value without a great team of technicians and mechanics in your bay area; which you have. I continue to be most satisfied with your quality of maintenance / service, and plan to be back. On an administrative note, I continue to experience connectivity issues with your wireless network system. (The person next to me was also having the same issues, so I know that the problem was not on my end.) Basically, your wireless network would disconnect me after about ten minutes. I also have to use a VPN to connect to my work, and your wireless would disconnect my VPN after about 90 seconds or so. This makes trying to do work from your waiting area most difficult. Your (free) wireless network is a great convenience for me and I hope that your IT vendor can fix the problem there. (Though this is my first time to report this, this problem has been noted for quite some time now as I use it whenever I come in for maintenance. I had your rep re-boot your wireless (remove power) and this seemed to fix the problem, but for only a short time.) Thank you. Art Gallo More
