They have no problem taking advantage of warranties to boost their numbers. They have actually changed both control arms in 1000 miles. I never brought it in for control arms. No matter what my car went in for it took forever to get it back. I mean weeks. The know nothing about LOYALTY. I finally gave up on the last year BUT an oil pump they replaced last year failed. Exactly 1 year. It was still under Chrysler warranty so I had to bring it back. The job calls for 5 hours, they had my car almost 3 weeks. No one ever called me to keep me updated. I only received text replies after texting and texting and calling and calling. No one explained anything to me. Luckily I am familiar with the job. If you get a GREAT DEAL on a car purchase, GO FOR IT, Than get it serviced at Orlando Dodge. The service advisors appear to be all kids in their 20s. They don't even try to act like they know what's happening. I even left a message for the Service Manager to call me but he didn't. Go figure. I could name names but I don't want to put anyone's career in Jeopardy. I am never going back, even if it's for something they did. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere More
I had an appointment this morning at 8:15am with their Service Center (I live 45 minutes away). When I arrived I was told that my car would probably not be looked at until Monday since Saturdays they only Service Center (I live 45 minutes away). When I arrived I was told that my car would probably not be looked at until Monday since Saturdays they only work half a crew, they are closed on Sundays, and that the Appointment Setters do not have a number cap on appointment scheduling. What is the sense of scheduling an appointment if the vehicle is still not looked at for 3 days? This is BAD BAD BAD customer services!!! How could management think this was a good business plan? I bought my vehicle in 2017 and the extended warranty in 2018. At the time I was very impressed with the attention to customer services. Even when I took the vehicle in for maintenance and service the staff were courteous and respectful of the customer's time. What happened??? The Service Advisor, Trent was very polite and respectful. That is the only good thing I have to say!!! Like everything else in the world - let's blame this ridiculous Service Center policy on COVID! More
My car was experiencing strange electrical issues. Greenway diagnosed and replaced three parts which cost over $2200. Within one week after getting car my back, it broke down with the same issue. They did a second diagnostic and, Found that it was just the battery (why this wasn’t checked the first time is a mystery to me)…I was given the impression that this company would rather take your money by recommending the most expensive repairs first. When I asked for a refund of the first unnecessary repairs ($2200), I was talked down to and hung up on by the manager. I spoke to the managers supervisor and was again ignored and pushed aside like my concern was unimportant. As a female,I felt like they saw me as an easy target and took full advantage of my lack of mechanical knowledge. Based on my experience, I do not recommend anyone to their Service Dept. unless you have some knowledge in the mechanical industry. More
This dealership is terrible. The website is terrible and the staff is terrible. I had to call to make appointment for service on my 2015 Rebel. Was told I would get a confirmation email which never happened. I did get 2 emails from sales not service so on the second one I cancelled the service appointment. Then they call me to find out what happened but this lady wanted to make an offer on my truck. Still NOTHING to do with service. That was all Friday. Today Monday I get another call with inquirer about the missed appointment and when I start to explain my frustration the guy hangs up on me. Click! and the conversation was over. I have never been so insulted, so angered by a auto dealership. The bottom line is they never even tried to make things right. 3 emails, 3 phone calls, and 1 text and still no service. It is very obvious that Greenway Dodge does not want my business and they will never get another call from me. Oh, when my truck was in their shop 2 weeks ago they never fixed the problem it was taken in for and I found out my truck is 4 updates behind which they did not fix. The only positive thing I can say about Greenway Dodge is there service rep Henry was wonderful to work with. Now that I'm thinking about a new truck they will not get my business. More
Service turned away myself and two other vehicles for minor repairs. made an appointment, got verification of the appointment, service advisor requested never came out. finally met a different advisor, c minor repairs. made an appointment, got verification of the appointment, service advisor requested never came out. finally met a different advisor, checked the code on my vehicle, told me to go fix it myself and come back later so they could clear the code. I prefer to have all maintenance on this vehicle done through a dealer. I also witnessed a customer turned away wanting an oil change. Less than professional More
Trace, Mike, and Brian. I have to say this visit was by far the best experience at this Service Center. Mike was excellent at getting me where I had to be after being somewhat frustrated. Brian for making far the best experience at this Service Center. Mike was excellent at getting me where I had to be after being somewhat frustrated. Brian for making it all happen and providing the shuttle service I needed. And last was the Service Advisor Trace who provided up-to-date information every step of the way. Totally satisfied with this visit and praises to all three. Thanks. More
Purchase a new vehicle and paid for the tint by the dealer. At pickup noticed bubbles in the tint on multiple windows. Contacted sales which advised they’re get it fixed quickly. Arrived at 8am and did dealer. At pickup noticed bubbles in the tint on multiple windows. Contacted sales which advised they’re get it fixed quickly. Arrived at 8am and didn’t get out until almost 400pm, waited almost seven hours. Service manager never checked in on me, when I inquired about the vehicle they advised it was going great. After leaving found that the tint job turned out 100x worse. The entire back window is now bubbled and they advised it can’t be removed due to messing with the defroster. Contacted greenway but they provided no resolution. I do not recommend service from this dealer or car purchase as once they get their money you no longer matter. More

Called Mon AM left message when he responded, no explanation, no apology, just we can't order it, but when we do it will be 2 more years...my 2nd Grand Cherokee, thanks to this place my last Chrysler product.
