I just got back from doing an oil change and tire alignment and had such a great experience. Dave Cogle was the one who took care of me and went above and beyond to make my experience go as smooth an alignment and had such a great experience. I waited for about an hour, which before I came to Greenway I would wait for over an hour for something small. I personally think they have great prices and am surprised at the total because I expect it to always be higher than it really is. Highly recommend going here, you'll be less stressed than going anywhere else. More
My name is Carlos Orlando Marin who lives about 5 miles away from this Dealership. I bought a 2008 Dodge Avenger "SE" (Baby Charger in some circles) with the 2.4 Liter four cyclinder Engine. I bought it away from this Dealership. I bought a 2008 Dodge Avenger "SE" (Baby Charger in some circles) with the 2.4 Liter four cyclinder Engine. I bought it used from Enterprise Renta-Car Sales with 21,800 miles and still with factory warranty. I took my Dodge Avenger SE to this Greenway Ford (Dodge Service section) and I was totally impressed with the excellent customer service personnel and mechanics that they have working there. I came with an On-Line Coupon for an Oil Change back in November 25th, 2009 and not only did they changed the Oil and Oil filter in the most speedy manner but, they also found a service bulletin (19-001-09) having to do about a superseeded part for the Power Steering system (Change out Power Steering Reservior). I have owned many Toyota brand automobiles and I must declare that this dealership surpasses anything that I have experienced in any Toyota Dealership in as far as customer service because those who work there actually work hard at Customer Service to gain your trust and future business. I have been coming back ever since for all my Oil and Oil filter changes with great satisfaction. The body shop is top notch as well and due to one little mishap with the garage door, they returned my Avenger like new and they work with the same principals as the Service department, they work hard at satisfying the customer. Now that I am working with Andy Taylor, it's the first time in 4 years that I felt confident with my Service Advisor. In a nutshell, Andy is a true professional: he listens to the customer, communicates time in 4 years that I felt confident with my Service Advisor. In a nutshell, Andy is a true professional: he listens to the customer, communicates when he promises, researched the Chrysler Service Bulletins for the particular problem I was having with my car & found that it was a covered repair by the manufacture. He then took the time to explain the details of the repairs in order to save me money on a future service job. In customer service Greenway Ford has very good people working for them. Penni Couch was excellent. She answered all my questions, looked up prices and really worked hard to keep me happy. Prices for parts and labor are high and they offered free coffee but had no coffee. Not good customer service. We spend alot of time waiting there, they could at least have coffee and cold water. Before my son recommended Greenway's service department, I used another service department and the overwhelming aggravation and incomplete service, not to mention the waste of my time -- was totally unbearable. THANK GOD for Penni, Jimmy (the service manager), Tom, Dave and all the folks at Greenway Chrysler Service Department. They are totally fabulous to work with in determining my vehicle's needs and always steering me in the right direction so that my service visits are short and to the point. I particularly like that I can schedule an appointment without delays or excuses. Everyone I have come into contact with at this service department is an absolute asset to the dealership. I would HIGHLY recommend all my family and friends to partake of this wonderful experience. An organization is only as good as the people working there, and I can safely say that the service department is staffed with some of the most courteous and professional people that I have ever had the pleasure of encountering, which includes Andy Taylor. I am a hard working professional managing a multitude of different projects with a large number of personnel committed to the completion of those projects so my time is very precious. From the time I call Andy to the time my vehicle is ready for pickup, I know that Andy is doing everything that he can to assure that my vehicle will be ready for pick up at the promised time. Even when things don’t always go as planned Andy is always there making sure that everything that can possibly be done, is being accomplished to ensure the minimal amount of down time. Because my time is limited I appreciate the due diligence that Andy put into his job so that I can get back to mine.
