I had a company recall for K-17 for my Dodge RAM 1500 2010 Model. On 8th Oct. I went in and ordered the parts. For 2 weeks nobody called me about the parts being in. On 20th Oct., I called in again and t 2010 Model. On 8th Oct. I went in and ordered the parts. For 2 weeks nobody called me about the parts being in. On 20th Oct., I called in again and talked with Service Rep. Morgan Dryer. She talked with me and after getting all information promised to call me back aftyer checking the status of my truck VAC parts. She did call me and informed that parts are in and scheduled me to come in for recall part replacement. I I went in a day ahead and she greeted me with positive response and got the job done. After returning home I have noticed that somehow the cup holder under the dash are a little hard to push in. I will stopby somwetime to get it checked out. I have a Ford and for the past 6 years gone there and never had a great experience after it was suggested to try Dodge Chrysler Jeep i did and it was a great experience in fact i have always brought my o never had a great experience after it was suggested to try Dodge Chrysler Jeep i did and it was a great experience in fact i have always brought my own oil with me (a box with 6 quarts Mobil 1 full synthetic) After my oil change yesterday i found a left over quart of oil on my seat to learn that my car only takes 5 quarts of oil so for the past 6 years Ford had been keeping the sixth quart at $6.50 cent a quart. So I am super happy with my experience here and would recommend to anyone to try them out it is nice to find a honest place to get your car repaired at! More
Recently I took my '04 Chrysler Pacifica to Greenway for routine service and to resolve an issue involving a constant roaring sound coming from the cabin area of the vehicle. My Service Advisor, Aaron Horo routine service and to resolve an issue involving a constant roaring sound coming from the cabin area of the vehicle. My Service Advisor, Aaron Horowitz worked closely with me and the Service Dept to try and identify and correct the problem. Initially the problem appeared to be with the altenator but later it was determined to be the AC Compressor. In summary, I elected not to have the compressor replaced at this time due to the cost involved and because I still have AC. All during the process Aaron stayed on top of the problem and was very concerned with my delimma...in fact, I commented to Aaron that I didn't see him take lunch. She was right there when I brought my vehicle in. She promised the work would be done in 45 minutes or less, and it was (less). Everything was completed to my satisfaction. Dropped car of at 7:00 am without appointment for oil, lube and filter and to check for coolant leak. Advised of a few maintainence issues and had brakes checked and adjusted. As the owner of a 2007 Jeep Liberty, I have to deal with faulty window regulators. The DAY before I was to leave for travel for work, my left rear window fell into the door (typical of faulty regulator). faulty window regulators. Jimmy Nadeau, Service Manager on the Jeep side, was very helpful in getting me into and out of service at the last minute. He and Paul Clason should be commended on their customer service. Thanks to their assistance and helpful attitudes, I was able to get the window fixed and not have to worry about "taping" it up while on travel. What a huge relief. Thanks guys! Now, if Chrysler Jeep would only come up with a permanent fix to this annoying issue....... More

I want to take a moment and express my satisfaction of the continued top quality service I have received from the Greenway Chrysler service center. At this point I have owned a 2004 Sebring and then a 20 the continued top quality service I have received from the Greenway Chrysler service center. At this point I have owned a 2004 Sebring and then a 2007 Sebring. As a result I have relied on the Greenway crew for over 6 years to keep both my vehicles in top running order. A couple weeks ago I needed help with a warranty issue on my 2007 Sebring. Service manager James Nadeau jumped in and took control in getting the right people together to work on the vehicle. Throughout the whole process Mr. Nadeau maintained personal contact with me keeping me in the loop as my vehicle went through several stages of repair.
