Very bad service they need to hire some good techs and fire the old ones that dont do xxxx including the service manger Jimmy which is rude he acutally told me not to come back in which I have never heard fire the old ones that dont do xxxx including the service manger Jimmy which is rude he acutally told me not to come back in which I have never heard from a respectable customer service person. Took 2006 van in to have repairs done and they did about a half of job so they could get my extended waranty deductible.The van was there 10 days in fact. So I pick it up and the same thing is still broke so I take it back its there another 10 days then they tell me its costing me another deductible. To me it seams that they do not know what there doing and are ripping off there customers hopfuly they go out of busniess soon would be nice. Now here was the flip side of the story me and my wife was in the new cars sales looking at a new one we figured we may buy another van and i would use this one for work right. Well 6 hours later we have a pending deal based on the service of our other van and they knew this as well. So after all the xxxxxxxx with service we are glad it was a pending deal didnt buy xxxx from them and never will. lets put it this way if you want good service arfter a sales dont shop greenway or your xxx will feel it later. More

After having some issues with customer service the day before, we went back to the dealership today to try to talk to a competent person and I found a very competent, Customer-friendly Service Manager n before, we went back to the dealership today to try to talk to a competent person and I found a very competent, Customer-friendly Service Manager named Jimmy Nadeau, who not only straightened the issue out from the night before, he even went the extra step to make the customer happy, so we had our Car fixed at this dealership. I brought my vehicle in for a safety recall. Morgan, my service advisor, was punctual, informative and friendly. Although other service was recommended, I did not receive the usual pressure to get the work service advisor, was punctual, informative and friendly. I have had my vehicle for a couple of years now and have not had any major problems with it, but every time I've brought it into Greenway Dodge, Tom Montano has been my service advisor. He has always kept not had any major problems with it, but every time I've brought it into Greenway Dodge, Tom Montano has been my service advisor. He has always kept me up to date on all repairs and recommended service. He has never done me wrong and consistently treats me with respect and courtesy. The service department is always clean with friendly people waiting by to help you if you need it.
