Besides recently, I have been to the dealer several times in the past for service. Tom is always very friendly and does not make me feel like I am "just another customer." My knowledge base about mechanical issues with my jeep is average. Tom listens to my concerns and never makes me feel like I have no clue what I am talking about. His estimates are spot on and if additional services are needed, he puts no pressure on me to purchase right then;instead he explains why the service is necessary and the choice is mine. Tom follows up with phone calls for updates and when I can pick up my vehicle. The service lane and general area is always clean and has a "manicured" look. The mechanic bays were spotless and well organized,very professional looking-not messy with grease and tools laying around. Lucas was my mechanic, I had many services performed all at the same time and I was surprised that every thing was done so quickly. I was expecting to be without a vehicle for several days and it was only 1 1/2 days if that! I am extremely particular about the appearance of my jeep, I am a perfectionist for detail. Lucas did not leave one smudge mark,greasy hand print or otherwise on my vehicle. Very impressive! I have been to dealers in the past and did not get that same courtesy. The services I took my jeep in for were completed quickly with the problems resolved in 1 trip. The price I paid was actually less than I anticipated and in comparison to other places, much less expensive. Upon check-out I was offered a plan to save money,get money back so on my next visit I just present the membership card and I can apply the balance to my service bill. So, overall I received friendly, timely quality service. The old stigma about going to the dealer for service (because it takes forever and is costly) has been taken out of my vocabulary because of Greenway DCJ. I have trust in my service advisor and the mechanics, Greenway is my permanent dealer. This is why I rate this dealer a "5" Respectfully, Kim Cain More

When I brought Dodge in for service at Greenway, I was very pleased. My service advisor Paul Clason was very helpful and let me know what service recommendations were due. Recently purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie, my first pick up truck ever. Jimmy always makes sure I am totally satisfied every time I come in and goes the extra mile to make every situation work out gre pick up truck ever. Tom was very helpful during both my visits to greenway. The first when i came to get something out of my car that was already in service. This is not the first time I have been to this location. I have also worked with Paul Clason before. He is helpful whenever he is available. I think the location should have a little more delegation and organization. The service workers are so busy that they end up forgetting about their customers. This can be avoided by simply employing more service workers or delegating services offered to specific service workers. I also believe that the pricing is misleading. You have a list of things to provide and service but there are no prices. How is a customer supposed to feel comfortable with what they are getting done if they are unaware of the actual pricing. There used to be brochures that offered pricing for services but now that is no longer offered and it just feels like the service worker can just throw a large number at you and you have to accept it because you are unaware of the actual price. I was again very satisfied with my service experience at Greenway Chrysler; and especially with the high quality and professional service from Mr. Andy Taylor. Your technicians also have proven to be very capable and knowledgeable. My service required a rental car for me due to the number of issues we had to work on. Having the Hertz Rep come over to the Chrysler waiting area was so nice and convenient. (Last time I had to do that, I had to go over to Hertz and wait on a line. Your new system is SO much better!) I again had a problem with your wireless LAN (Repeat). I have to use a VPN connection to access my work email. After about 5 minutes of connection, I get kicked off of the VPN and get the following warning: "Secure VPN connection terminated locally by the client. Reason 412: The remote peer is no longer responding. 5min 33 sec; 23 Feb, 2011 07:48:01" I don't have this issue anywhere (including my home) but at your facility (and I travel a lot). Again this is a repeat problem that I wish Greenway would get fixed. Would be nice to have information on what each kind of checkup entails (30K, 60K, ...etc) prior to coming in for the service. An auto-generated email tied to my vehicle with information on my next major (not routine like an oil change) scheduled maintenance requirement would be nice. Would be nice to have someone walk me through my bill at the end prior to payment. Folks are pretty busy, so I can understand why that may not always happen. Thank you. Art More
I had some recall work done on the inner fender liners.The tech mangled them so bad it looks like a blind man cut on them.Very sloppy work.I had a few other issues to deal with that did not get res liners.The tech mangled them so bad it looks like a blind man cut on them.Very sloppy work.I had a few other issues to deal with that did not get resolved until I got the service manager involved.I will say he was great at resolving my problem fast.
