Talked to me about what they found in the checkup of my vehicle and asked me to b before and as usual she was knowledgeable, friendly and attenttive. Talked to me about what they found in the checkup of my vehicle and asked me to bring it back to speak with the head mechanic to verify the problem. As usual, always a joy to work with her. More

Mr. Andy Taylor was again just outstanding to work with. He is very customer orientated and is a major reason why I keep coming back to Greenway. Your service department quality of work is the other. Thanks for opening the coffee area at 0730 in the morning. I miss not being able to order a breakfast sandwich, but it is hard to argue with free coffee and cookies. Thanks for the wireless internet too. Makes it possible for me to service my truck during the weekdays. More
Mr.Aaron Horowitz was absolutely helpful! Dealing with car repairs and going back and forth from body shop to dealer can be stressful with kids and he assisted as best he could easing the stress levels. I went back 3 times in a little over a months time. He should be appreciated as your employee because customer service in many different stores etc. have disappeared! Thank you again Aaron Horowitz! If it wasn't for you I wouldn't deal with any dealer! More

My friends suggested that I go to Greenway because they've had good experiences with them in the past. So I took it in and Aaron Horowitz was the first person I talked to, and the only one I needed to talk to. He provided great service and even gave me his personal cell phone in case I had any questions and couldn't reach him directly from the dealership. Needless to say I didn't have to use his number because he would call me and update me when there was news on my car. I'm from south Florida, so I'm used to having to call the dealer/shop over and over to get any information on my car. This is by far the best experience I've had with a dealer when I needed my car repaired and it's owed completely to the service I received from Aaron. More
I have returned here several times for scheduled maintenance and warranty work so there have been now real challenges. Cost has not been an issue because of what has been done. My only concern has maintenance and warranty work so there have been now real challenges. Cost has not been an issue because of what has been done. My only concern has been time involved. I had an 8 a.m. appointment for a warranty recall that said should take 45 min. and I also scheduled "express lane" service. It took 3 hrs to complete the jobs. Fortunately I know to take reading material, etc. As a retired teacher who does not believe in grade inflation, my 5 ratings are reserved only for the exceptional. More
We have brought our car multiple times for service and have dealt with Tom Montano in the service center. He is also friendly, honest and straight forward. When he tells you he will call- he does- when he tells you the car will be ready- it is. He is dependable and reliable. The service staff in all is pretty friendly and willing to help you out. I would recommend the service center and ask for Tom- you won't regret it. More

Because of the distance from my house, it is just not convenien Dear Sirs, I have been receiving service coupons from Greenway for a number of years. Because of the distance from my house, it is just not convenient for me to travel to Greenway to have service performed. I usually do my own servicing. However, this week I happened to be in the vicinity due to business and decided to take advantage of a recent oil change, tire rotation, and inspection coupon. So I dropped in into the express lane. The Advisor was very nice, very professional. I explained that I needed an oil change and that I had a coupon for all three services. He seemed pleased that I had a coupon and proceeded to check the vehicle in. All was well. I went into the customer lounge looked around at all the amenities. Before I knew it, my jeep was moved, apparently into the service bay. It wasn't very long. The person I assume was the service tech announced for me and said my car was ready and that "everything looks great". I paid my bill and was on my way. Only when I got home did I read the "Know your vehicle report" did I find issues. 'Air cleaner element' - Found dirty. I replaced this 5000mi ago, and today it (IMHO) still looks 'virginal' white. Did he really look at it? 'Tires' - all were either 5/32 or 7/32. "All tires abnormally worn" - This jeep has just under 20,000mi, and been relatively babied in it's operation. All tires apparently are wearing equally. This sounds like a design problem. Here is where I am really upset... Inspection recommendations 'Replace air filter' "Declined" I was never approached about this. 'Perform four wheel alignment' "Declined" Again, I was NEVER approached about this. 'Rotate tires' "Declined" Excuse me? The coupon included rotation. This was on the major reason I came in here in the first place. Never approached, so how could have I declined this? How can the service tech say "everything looks good", yet remark all of this in the review? ADDED 13:11 - Just checked the oil level for giggles and found it was almost one full quart over full. Now I shouldn't even drive my car until I can drain this overage, lest I damage my catalytic and/or other components. Added 8/9/2011: It has almost been a month. No reply what so ever by this dealer. Not a day goes by that I don't think back and wonder whose Wheaties did I xxxx in to rate this level of service and/or (lack of)response? I don't recall screaming or yelling at anyone before, during, or after the servicing. It was late in the afternoon. Perhaps the kid was in a hurry to get out of there. But that is just congecture. I may be only one person out of all these positive reviews, but I cannot be the only one with a sour servicing experience by this place. At least in my my own mind there has been a positive outcome to all of this. I will never purchase a vehicle, new or otherwise from the Greenway family of dealers, and I will tell of my experience to all who would bear to listen. Petty perhaps, but everyone has a button somewhere. More
I have been to this dealership many times in the past. It is the most convenient one for me to go to... if it were not for that, I probably would not go here. The last two times I have visited I have had is the most convenient one for me to go to... if it were not for that, I probably would not go here. The last two times I have visited I have had Andy as a customer service rep. Andy has been the one positive I can point to in my last visit. In the past, I have had a lot of trouble getting service reps to return calls and actually be friendly/responsive. Andy is actually nice to work with. In my most recent visit (yesterday) I had to have an evaporator replaced to fix the A/C in my car. It was a $1,400.00 repair. While, I thought it was expensive, I did not have the time to price the repair out with other repair shops. When I picked up my car, I was surprised to find major grease stains all over the interior of my car... including on my light colored leather. I pointed it out to Andy and he had someone take the Jeep to get the passanger seat cleaned off. He stated it was probably from a plastic bag the part came in. I thought it was pretty clear that the stains were from a careless mechanic. When the car was brought back 5 minutes later only part of the stains were cleaned off. I did not have the time nor patience to go ask for help again. I took the car home and spent at least 30 minutes using my own leather cleaner to get the interior looking the way it was when I brought the car to the dealer in the morning. At most places mechanics put down plastic to protect the interior of your car while working on it. I don't think this is the case here. If I am paying for a $1,400 repair at a dealership I expect not only the job to get done properly, but I also expect the car to be given back in at least the same condition it was in before the repair. My latest visit was probably enough for me to stop seeing this dealership... I can understand a few dirt smudges, but the amount of grease stains I had in the car just screams carelessness to me. I came to Greenway Dodge in the past for work to be done on my Ram 1500 and found them to be extremely friendly and HONEST.....which are seemingly two very difficult traits to come across in the Automotive on my Ram 1500 and found them to be extremely friendly and HONEST.....which are seemingly two very difficult traits to come across in the Automotive Industry. I had my truck serviced for it's 60K mile maintenance requirements. I worked with Andy, and he made sure that I did not pay for anything that I did not need. He personally made sure that I was taken care of and made me aware of the progress throughout the day. The price for the repairs were fair, and I did not pay for any unnecessary repairs. My truck took longer than they had anticipated, so they also gave me a free rental car until my truck was ready. Could not have been happier with my repairs and with Andy's professional performance.
