I'm a retired person with fixed limited income. I visit Orlando each year to see my son and help out with the chores there. Each visit I take his Chrysler in for service around town. This time I choose G Orlando each year to see my son and help out with the chores there. Each visit I take his Chrysler in for service around town. This time I choose Greenway based on internet reviews and my phone enquiry to service advisor Aaron Horowitz. I was impressed with his responses to my initial questions about a service package for the milage-based check-up, and my specific questions as to how to keep the costs down. I set up an appointment, met Aaron, and was assured of a fair price for work performed. He lived up to our expectations, and the car is running perfectly. I look forward to seeing him again in a year or so for another service when I visit again. The waiting room is another plus at Greenway, with a nice, very organized lady providing free coffee, cokes and snacks. More
Aaron was super to work with. He was very proactive and helpful in my time of stress... He was able to check that my Jeep was under warranty for the issue I was having and get it in for service asap. If Aaron wasn't so great to work with I would have lost my temper - so kudos to him! My Jeep was in and out of service in one day as promised and I even took the shuttle to work, which was a good experience. Thumbs up to Aaron and Greenway Jeep. More

9/23/11 Third visit for noise a grinding sound, today 9/23/11 Third visit for noise a grinding sound, today road with David head mechanic he immediately new the problem and said it was the pinion gear 9/23/11 Third visit for noise a grinding sound, today road with David head mechanic he immediately new the problem and said it was the pinion gear in the differential, we both went to Tom and David said again it was the pinion gear and to have it fixed, finally a solution I don't like to make repeated trips but, to find the answer ok, 3.5 hours later Tom call me and said the differential mechanic said it was not loud enough for a repair wait until the noise gets louder and bring it back. I could not believe what Tom said, THERE HAS BEEN A RECALL ON 65,000 DODGE RAMS FOR DIFFERENTIAL PROBLEMS, THAT CAN LOCK UP AND CAUSE A CATASTROPHIC FAILURE AND KNOWING THIS PROBLEM THEY WANT TO WAIT UNTIL THE NOISE GETS LOUDER AND THEY KNOW I TRAVEL THOUSANDS OF MILES PER TRIP 17, 000 MILE IN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS ACROSS THE COUNTRY. NEVER WILL I STEP FOOT IN GREENWAY EVER AGAIN THE SAFETY OF THE CUSTOMER SHOULD COME FIRST JACK FLOOD Removed greenway name plate from my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 and sent it back to service manager Tim H. I have spent well over $130,000 in 4 years not including repair cost with greenway, I have worked through issues with a 2007 Jeep Commander that could have resulted in a lemon law and choose to fix the issue with over 36 visits for the same issue (stuck in 4th gear) that started at 10,000 miles as a customer I have gone out of my way to be understanding as long as it was not a threat of danger to my life or my family. I will never spend a penny at greenway or have there name on my truck again. My safety comes first not last. UPDATE: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ CENTRAL FLORIDA DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP ALSO HEARD THE NOISE COMING FROM THE PINION GEAR, REPLACED THE GEAR AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM ON THE FIRST VISIT. SOMETIMES DEALERS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF LOYAL CUSTOMERS JUST BECAUSE THEY CAN IT WAS A EASY FIX, WHY WOULD GREENWAY NOT WANT TO REPAIR A DIFFERENTIAL UNDER WARRANTY WITH A OBVIOUS PROBLEM, KNOWING THERE HAD BEEN A RECALL, 5,000 MILES WHERE DRIVEN PRIOR TO RECALL REPAIR, HEARING THE NOISE FROM THE DIFFERENTIAL BY THERE LEAD MECHANIC AND TELLING ME WAIT UNTIL THE NOISE GETS LOUDER NOT ONLY ON THIS 2011 DODGE RAM BUT DID THE SAME THING ON MY PREVIOUS VEHICLE, WHY WOULD THEY PUT ME AT RISK? SOMEONE SHOULD FIND OUT WHY? MAYBE THE OWNER SHOULD KNOW OR IS HE PROMOTING THIS PRACTICE. IF THIS IS HOW THEY TAKE CARE OF LOYAL CUSTOMERS WHAT WILL THEY DO TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
I bought my Chrysler Pacific from Greenway Chrysler Jeep Dodge in October of 2007. There are many choices when it comes to choosing where to service my car but I have to say that I simply adore the amazing Dodge in October of 2007. There are many choices when it comes to choosing where to service my car but I have to say that I simply adore the amazing customer service I get from Greenway. Any and all concerns that I have had as it relates to service or when my car broke down and I desperately needed help I am so glad I was able to rely on Andy Taylor and the team and Greenway. Andy and his team treat me like family and the feeling is mutual! Even though Andy got promoted to Service Manager; He always comes to greet me at my car and knows my kids and always asks about them. Aaron Horowitz recently became my Service Advisor and he was amazing. Its a really great feeling to know that loyalty to a brand is not lost and I will always choose Greenway Chrysler Jeep Dodge! My car would not start so I had it towed to Greenway Jeep and when the car arrived and was looked at by their mechanic I was told it started up just fine and they could not find anything wrong with it. I pic and when the car arrived and was looked at by their mechanic I was told it started up just fine and they could not find anything wrong with it. I picked up the jeep and a week later had it towed back to them and the advior I worked with told me that he was going to spend some of my money and have the car diagnosed. Which only proves that the car was not properly diagnosed the previous week. Well, after spending some of my $ and running the diagonsted I was told that the wiring to my started needed to be replaced. I agreed to have the service done, paid almost $300.00 and picked up my car. Here we go again, three weeks later and the car would not start again. I had it towed and once again they said it started and that i could come pick it up. I decided to go over the advisor's head and speak directly to the service manager Jimmy. After leaving a couple of messages I was able to speak with him directly and explained my situation. He pulled up my file and said that apparently I had a bad battery. Well, that was news to me because that 's not what I was told by the advisor. I expalined to him how this situation really made me doubt that the $300 wiring job they had done was indeed warrated at all. It was probably the battery all along. Jimmy said he would get back to me after lunch and a couple of hours went by and I had to call him again to find out what was going on. He said that it's the battery and that I could purchase one throught the dealership. I'd be damned before I gave them another cent. He said that they would not refund my money because the wiring they replaced was corroted and needed to be replaced. I was not about to argue so I asked for the corporate number and I will be filing a complaint as soon as I'm done writing this one. I should have stuck with Firstone in Longwood because they are reputable and have never failed me. Some much for giving the so called experts (dealership)your business. Save yourself the agony and money and dont' give GREENWAY JEEP on E. COLONIAL your busines. d More
