I have been dealing with Tom since I have owned my Dodge Ram 1500 truck in July 2010. Have brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance, oil changes etc. Just had to have my vehicle in for a warranty iss Ram 1500 truck in July 2010. Have brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance, oil changes etc. Just had to have my vehicle in for a warranty issue. Transmission code error light. A solenoid was replaced and fixed. He got me into a rental vehicle as it would take a few days to diagnose, order the correct part and repair. He has always been great with communications and is very knowledgeable about his work. I have used this dealership for my service needs. I have only good things to say about Stephan in the service department. I knew my tires were bad so I took my beloved '99 Chrysler LHS 4-dr to Greenway Chrysler because my past experience with their service for a radiator was good. When I was in previously for service I was advised that I needed rack and pinion power steering fixed and the tie rods. I could feel the steering slipping so two days after I got my new tires, I took the car in as soon as they got my parts and got that fixed. Same day service. The price was fair and service excellent.
