Great customer service all the way down to the porter! I called in with an issue and talked to Steve "Stephen" who advised me to go ahead and bring the vehicle in, he would be waiting! I had to get a new key all together but while I waited I got an oil change that was much needed. Steve came out and explained everything to me and how my inspection went! I just needed a new key for my car. I called to get the price and how long it would take last week. I was quoted a price over the phone for both the key and the "programming fee", and was also told that it price and how long it would take last week. I made an apppointment and when I got to the dealership they said it would take about an hour. Well I waited an hour and 45 min before they came back and told me another price, double what they told me over the phone, and that I would have to wait another 30 min before it was done. At this point I have wasted almost 2 hours of my time and I still have no key for my car, so basically I have to pay their price to have them do it. Well another 45 min goes by and finally they are finished with my car. I then leave and go somewhere else to get an oil change, where they tell me that my license plate light is out. I look at my paperwork from Greenway where they supposedly do a full vehicle check...and sure enough it was have written on there that the light was out, but they never mentioned it to me. They actually didnt mention anything that was on the check list...and as it turns out, the light was just loose and not out at all. This place has extremely poor customer service, so dont be fooled by their "complementary" snack bar. I'd rather pay the $2.00 for a soda and have decent customer service. While I was sitting in the "lounge" area, I was talking with a few other customers that were having similar issues to mine so clearly I'm not the only one. More
David Pittman was very nice, I enjoyed working with David. He and the staff there made my service exp very easy for my husband and myself. We will be sure to see David in the future. I came to Greenway CDJ on 02/11/2012 for a service check and oil change. Right away I was treated very professionally and respectfully. The service representative (Penni Deldago) was more than happy to wait and oil change. Right away I was treated very professionally and respectfully. The service representative (Penni Deldago) was more than happy to wait on me. She was very honest and forthright with her response to my questions. She even advised me of special offers that the service department was offering. After checking in, she assured me that the service would not take long, and I would be out in no time. 45 minutes later my truck was brought out to the front. She explained the work that was done and advised that everything checked out fine. I was even told about the rewards card which i didn't realized I had. She made the trip a very enjoyable experience. I will recommend all my family and friends to the service department. Looking forward to bringing my truck to your service department again. More

Ive been told in the past that there is a break in period for the car and the oil should be changed at around 500 miles. I came in the service department and dealt with Mrs. Penni Delgado. She explained to me that the vehicle doesn't really need an oil change until it reaches 5000 miles. I insisted on changing the oil even if I didn't really have to. I guess it just became a common practice for me when buying a new car. What impresses me the most was the honesty of Mrs. Delgado. I feel that she is an honest, motivated, friendly individual. She is an asset to the company. Not only was the service superb, she does it with pride and a big smile. Thank You Mrs. Delgado for being an outstanding employee at Greenway Dodge. More
I was treated to professional and courteous service by Greenway Dodge and staff - especially Aaron Horowitz. They accommodated my work schedule and stayed later than usual for my appointment.
