Wed 4/11/12 I called Kris about repair of bumper he said next day and install on Thursday, Kris never called he said part came in but it was wrong Kris said come in on Friday, Kris never called back so I ca next day and install on Thursday, Kris never called he said part came in but it was wrong Kris said come in on Friday, Kris never called back so I called, he said parts will be here on Monday, Monday I called Kris because Kris did not call me, He was to busy the receptionist said Kris told her the parts are here but its to late in the day we will do it Teusday morning, I told the receptionist I will drop off my truck today so he can start first thing in the morning. I drove 30 minutes to drop off my truck I just wanted to give the lady the key and she said wait you need to speak to Kris, Kris said you cant leave your truck overnight because Statefarm will lower there rating due to the excesive amount of time taken on the repair. I have been waiting 7 days with ZERO CALL BACKS, WRONG PARTS ORDERED AND NOW YOU ARE MORE WORRIED ABOUT WHAT STATE FARM THINKS ABOUT YOUR FAST SERVICE INSTEAD OF ALL THE AGERVATION I HAVE BEEN THROUGH FOR GET ABOUT THIS JOB AND I LEFT. I CALLED STATE FARM THEY SAID WE DONT WANT THE CARS LEFT OVER THE WEEKEND BUT DURING THE WEEK IS OK, WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON. I CALLED DON THE SO CALLED MANAGER AND HE SAID THAT WAS THE POLICY BUT HE WOULD MAKE A CHANGE JUST FOR ME, I TOLD HIM STATE FARM SAID THAT WAS NOT THERE POLICY ONLY FOR OVER THE WEEKEND NOT DURING THE WEEK AND FUTHERMORE WHY ARE YOU NOT THINKING ABOUT MY TIME, I WAITED A WEEK FOR THE PARTS. THINK ABOUT THIS IF GREENWAY IS SO CONCERNED ABOUT HOW FAST THEY GET YOU CAR OR TRUCK OUT OF THE SHOP HOW GOOD OF A JOB ARE THEY GOING TO DO. DONT TRUST GREENWAY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ONLY STATE FARM OR INSURANCE COMPANIES. GREENWAY SERVICE IS THE WORST, THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK, THEY DONT CARE WHAT YOU MUST GO THROUGH ONLY WHAT THERE TIME SHEET SAYS TO STATE FARM. I RECOMMEND NO ONE TO GO TO THIS DEALER FOR ANY THING BODY SHOP, REPAIR, SALES OR EVEN THE BATHROOM, I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE SPENT SO MUCH MONEY WITH A DEALER($140,000) AND RECEIVED SO MUCH HARDSHIP TRYING TO GET MY CAR OR TRUCK FIXED, NEVER WILL I GO BACK, NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO THIS DEALER THEY GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO MAKE IT A BAD EXPERIENCE. I WILL CONTACT DODGE AND MAKE A FORMAL COMPLAINT. I HAVE PURCHASED A Jeep cherokee, DODGE CHARGER, JEEP COMMANDER AND DODGE RAM AND THIS WILL BE MY VERY VERY VERY LAST DODGE, CHRYSLER, JEEP PRODUCT I WILL EVER OWN FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE BECAUSE OF GREENWAY DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP ORLANDO FL. UPDATE:I contacted Chrysler and let them know what poor service of Greenway what else can you do, I know never buy from Greenway or Chrysler I went to CENTRAL FLORIDA COLISION CT to have the repair completed it took only one day great service they even came to my house to give me a ride back check these guys out for you body work before Greenway you may be glad you did. Aaaron has been helping me with service for a couple of years now. I come in every 4 months for oil changes. I really like his friendlyness. He really does give great customer service. I recently took in my 2011 Dodge Journey for service. I had spoken to a representative (do not have the name) and confirmed that I will be needing a loaner car. They confirmed that one would be given upon my arrival as part of the services to be completed was the repair of a scratch on the door that I had agreed with the sales representative Ron to be fixed at a later time. Upon my arrival to the service area I was greeted by Stephen Paul. He informed me that no loaners were available. After speaking with the sales rep I was given a car for the day. I was told the work would only take about half the day. I never received a call from Stephen to give me a status update or even return my calls. When I finally got a hold of him he had no idea about the status of the car. This bothered me because there was no effort on his part to find out. After the work was finally completed and I went to pick op the car a piece of the molding was not placed back correctly. This is bothersome because after an entire day of work the car was just left with broken molding. To me that is careless work to give a customer the car when it is not a good repair. I spoke to the manager and he took the car. The next day I did not receive a call from Stephen to confirm that they would be working on the car again. Same as the day before I had to keep calling Stephen to try and get an update. His replies were rude and were very frustrating as he knew nothing about the car. He was never willing to check on the status or even provide a reason for the work not having been done on time. In the end the scratch was fixed (did not come out perfect still looks bad) but after having to go through too much drama and trips to get the car I rather not deal with it. Based on this experience I would not recommend this service department or give a good feedback rating. It was very disappointing service. In the end its like any other dealership interested in making money and not the customer. PS I replied to their thank you email regarding service and never heard a response. I really wonder how they have such a high score. More
David Pittman made servicing my Volvo painless. I brought my car in because I noticed a nail in my tire. Not only did Aaron Horowitz go out of his way to ensure that the job was done correctly, but also followed up a week later to ensure that I had what I needed. Although it took several visits to get the parts and repairs, Quentin did an exceptional job of shuttling me to and from work in a time fashion over the course of two days....while Aaron went above and beyond to make sure the job was fast, convenient, and affordable. I am thoroughly impressed with how personable these guys are....one of the manager's (Dave) even noticed my new haircut. Wow! The small town feel was really refreshing.... Thanks Greenway! More
